  I stayed here the night before my flight from Haneda.

  We stayed here the night before our trip to Takamatsu starting the next day. Last year we stayed at Hotel JAL City, but this time we chose the West Wing. The view from the room is definitely better at Hotel JAL City, but the West Wing was a very comfortable and functional stay, with separate bath and toilet, and a spacious vanity area that made it easy to do makeup. The refrigerator mentioned in reviews wasn’t ice-cold, but it chilled our drinks well enough with no issues. Amenities were also great—skincare items were available at the front desk in whatever amount we needed, which was a huge help (we really appreciated not having to unpack everything for an overnight stay before flying from Haneda). Slippers were provided in the room as well. The lounge next to the lobby had a soft drink dispenser, and you can eat and drink freely during opening hours. It was convenient and easy to use like a café. There was also a microwave, so bringing back food from nearby is a good option. After going out for dinner, we bought Haneda pudding, made tea in the lounge, and enjoyed it there. All of the staff were polite and friendly, which made our stay even better. Parking is at Hotel JAL City (1 night: 1,500 yen). The shuttle bus to Haneda Airport departs from Hotel JAL City. It’s about a 1-minute walk away. We’d love to stay again—not only when using Haneda Airport. Thank you for making the start of our trip so wonderful!

  Stay the night before!

  Stayed the night before departing for Okinawa! It was late at night, but I was able to relax, and the morning coffee and bread were a light meal, but thank you! Thank you for the Shuttle Service to the airport! It was helpful! If I have a trip that requires an overnight stay again, I will stay here, so please take care of me!
