  Quite old?

  I extended my trip to Ichinomiya because I couldn't book a hotel near Nagoya Station due to high prices. Since it's about 10 minutes from Nagoya, I didn't feel it was inconvenient, and you can see the Hotel from the station, so there's no chance of getting lost. However, I noticed that there were cracks under the sink and a smell from the drain, which made me think it's quite an old building.

Our hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Ichinomiya Station, making it a very convenient hotel. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the room issues. As our building was constructed in the Heisei era, we may not meet the expectations of guests seeking a newly built hotel. We are gradually renovating, and last fall, we conducted a major renovation of all rooms, including changes to the ceilings, floors, curtains, desks, and mirrors. However, there are still areas that remain unchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
