  It was comfortable.

  I had a night shift that day, but I had errands in central Tokyo in the morning, and it was a hassle to go back home, so I used the hotel for day use from 11:00. It’s also easy to reach from Ochanomizu Station—just cross two traffic lights. It was extremely hot that day, but I arrived 10 minutes early and sat on a sofa in the air-conditioned lobby. About five minutes before check-in time, staff told me, “Your Room is ready,” and I was able to check in. The Room is indeed small, but it was kept clean and had everything I needed. I took a shower and napped until evening, which helped me prepare for my night shift.

  The laundry facilities are not available.

  This is my second stay. As last time, I feel the laundry facilities are insufficient for the number of guests. There is only one washer-dryer in the building, so there is always a wait to use it. At other non-APA Accommodations, there are several machines, so I have never had to wait and could use them at my own timing. Is this how all APA properties are? Also, there is only one microwave on the first floor, so waiting to use it is unavoidable. I hope you will install a few more units.

Although you chose our Hotel again from among many options, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the laundry facilities during your stay. We also apologize that, when our laundry machines were unavailable, we did not provide sufficient guidance to nearby coin-operated laundromats. While it is difficult to add more laundry machines immediately, we will continue working on improvements so that all guests can enjoy a more comfortable stay.
