    Overall, fairly satisfied for a Business Hotel.

    Located in the city center with excellent transport access, the Room was clean, simple, and functional. With accommodation costs rising recently, this price was greatly appreciated. It was very convenient to use.

    The sound of water throughout the night

    The room, bath, and meals were all excellent and very satisfying. However, the sound of running water (possibly from the neighboring room or drainage from the Onsen above?) could be heard in the room, which was noisy at night.

    Satisfied.

    The rating seems strict, but I am satisfied. Why are hotels in Fukuoka so expensive? I searched early, but it was hard to find a place that matched my budget. Thanks to this hotel, I was able to complete the reservation without any issues, and I am grateful. The front desk staff were very polite, and the room provided was a double room that was clean and comfortable. I dislike pajamas with strange odors, but there were no such issues here. Since it is close to Watanabe-dori, there is a direct bus to PayPay Dome, and Tenjin is within walking distance at a leisurely pace. It’s in a very convenient location and highly recommended. If I may make one suggestion: the lid of the tank on the humidifying air purifier in the room had black mold on it. It might be better if this could be cleaned. However, considering recent labor shortages, it might not be easy to address this issue immediately.

    Convenient and clean

    Convenient location and the room was clean. Personally, I feel that 20,000 yen just for staying is a bit much, but it seems reasonable under these conditions.

    Walkable to Tenjin.

    Close to the station, making it convenient even with heavy luggage. The air conditioning made some noise, but it wasn't an issue as I turned it off while sleeping.

    Second Stay for Fukuoka Live Tour

    Close to the station and right by a bus stop. Convenience stores, including 7-Eleven and FamilyMart, are nearby. Highly convenient location! Clean and within walking distance to Tenjin. Would love to stay here again for a Fukuoka live event!

    The staff at the mul...

    The staff at the multi-story parking were all kind and provided pleasant service. However, several groups of foreign guests were staying, making the floor noisy, and the old toilets and bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable. That said, considering the cost and convenient location, it is still acceptable overall.

    The TV is not working.

    The TV was not working, and I considered calling the front desk, but it was late at night, so I decided not to. It's disappointing given the relatively high price.

    Check-in was after 10 PM, but

    Check-in after 10 PM was smooth. Stayed in a twin room for single use on the 13th-floor ladies' floor, offering plenty of space to relax. There’s a delicious Hakata ramen shop nearby, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is close to the station but located in an area with office buildings and hospitals, giving it a slightly quiet atmosphere at night. You can walk to Tenjin, but buses are frequent and convenient depending on the weather.

    My daughter stayed at the property.

    My daughter stayed with her friend. The room was spacious and had a sense of cleanliness, and they were satisfied with the bath. They were pleased with the good access to Hakata Station, Tenjin, and Nakasu.

    Convenient location

    I often use it during business trips. It is new and clean. The shampoo and conditioner are good, and security is reassuring as a card is required for each floor. There is also a coffee service on the first floor. It seems there are many foreign tourists. You need to make a reservation early, or you won't be able to get a room.
