    A Quick Mini Getaway

    A quick little three-generation trip to Yokohama! Our 4-year-old grandchild was thrilled! It was disappointing that the amenities differed depending on the Room. We were told that because ours was a suite, but even business hotels provide basic skincare items like toner for free—so why skimp on that?

    Spectacular views!

    Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. We were given a Room with a wonderful view, and since it was our honeymoon, it became a great memory. Thank you very much.

    I will definitely stay here again.

    I stayed here for a hospital visit and a temporary move away from home. I plan to return in a few years, so I will continue visiting the same clinic. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the subway, and JR lines. The night view was amazing—I could see cruise ships at Osanbashi Pier and the Red Brick Warehouse nearby, making for a wonderful evening. I will stay here again on my next hospital visit. I only interacted with staff at the front desk, but their service was very satisfying.

    The view is amazing!

    I finally got to stay at a Hotel I’d been wanting to try for a long time! I used to live in Yokohama, so it had always caught my eye, but I never had the chance to stay. Just as I expected, my Room was on a high floor and the night view was amazing! The location is great, so I could enjoy Minato Mirai right up until the last minute. For this location and price, the value for money is unbeatable. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious! That said, perhaps because of the building’s age, the bathroom was a bit disappointing. Still, it’s one of the Hotels I’d love to stay at again!

    The Room was spacious and clean, and it was well maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff, including those in the dining area, were efficient and pleasant. It was a little disappointing that women’s amenities were available for an additional fee, but I understand that may be standard these days. Overall, I was very satisfied.

    I stayed here once over 20 years ago, and this time I visited again with a friend. It’s very clean considering the age of the building. It’s close to Bashamichi Station on the Minatomirai Line, and there’s also a convenience store nearby, so it’s an excellent choice if you’re staying with No Meals Included. Given the location, you’ll likely eat out anyway, and being near the waterfront makes it a very Yokohama-style Hotel.

    Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    The location, service, cleanliness, cost, breakfast, and the love shown by the Hotel toward its guests were all the best I have ever experienced. This is a Hotel I would like to recommend to my close friends.

    The view is amazing, but…

    When I entered, it wasn’t particularly busy, but I immediately felt the front desk staff lacked attentiveness toward guests (eye contact, consideration, and greetings). Also, when I tried to call the front desk to borrow a charger, I couldn’t find the number anywhere. When I went to the front desk and explained this, there was no apology—only “Wasn’t there a number by the phone?” There was nothing written on the phone at all. I don’t know how long it has been missing, but if cleaning is being done properly, wouldn’t someone have noticed?

    A Fun-Filled Yokohama Getaway with Close Friends

    This was my first stay at this Hotel. It was very quick to get there from Bashamichi Station. With Yokohama Cosmo World, World Porters, the Cup Noodles Museum, and Hammerhead Park nearby, the location was excellent and very convenient. I chose a Room on the side facing the Yokohama Cosmo World Ferris wheel and enjoyed both the daytime view and the night scenery. The twin beds were spacious enough with no complaints. It felt a bit cold at night and I turned on the heater, but it didn’t feel very warm, and I also would have liked a few more green tea and black tea bags (especially black tea). I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The view was amazing.

    I had always thought it was a unique building, and upon learning it was a Hotel, I decided to stay this time. Having stayed at various Hotels in Yokohama, I found the view from the window on the Ferris wheel side to be exceptional. This time, I stayed in a Triple Room, which was spacious and comfortable. The Facility is not new but was kept very clean. The breakfast was very delicious for its price. I would love to stay here again if given the chance.

    I chose this accommodation in Yokohama because of the good view, but there was one disappointing point. At night, the voices from the neighboring room, though not particularly loud, continued endlessly and disturbed my sleep until near dawn. Other than that, I had no particular issues during my stay.

    We stayed as a group of three friends. The location was excellent, being close to the station. The Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious! If I may suggest, it would be great to have amenities like lotion provided, and pajama-style sleepwear instead of yukata would be ideal! Still, I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    It was a good Hotel.

    The Room on the Red Brick Warehouse side was fantastic, especially with the Christmas event happening. The bathroom is a unit type. Women's amenities (like cleansing products) are available for a fee. I had to purchase cleansing products as I didn’t bring any. The hairdryer has a turbo function, but for those with long hair, it might take some time to dry completely—consider towel-drying well or bringing your own high-quality dryer if you have one. As for the bed, I slept very well. There were two types of pillows to choose from, which was great! I opted for no dinner and included breakfast instead. The breakfast buffet had fewer options but covered all essentials and tasted delicious. The location is excellent as it's just a short walk to the Red Brick Warehouse—I’d love to stay at this Hotel again! Since it was my first visit, finding the parking lot was slightly confusing. The staff service was excellent!

    Hotel in the Heart of Sakuragicho

    A hotel shaped like a gate that comes into view as you cross the railway after getting off at Sakuragicho Station. I had been curious about it for a while and stayed for one night this time. Although I called to inform them of my late check-in, the phone response was slow. The lobby is spacious and filled with Yokohama-themed ship posters and models. Among them, I was particularly drawn to a funnel poster showing different colors by shipping company, which caught my attention so much that I took photos for study purposes. It truly felt like a Hotel of the Seamen's Hall. At night, after strolling through Yamashita Park, I visited the Seamen’s Club and enjoyed one drink using a coupon ticket. The lounge here is also spacious with a piano and offers stunning views of the harbor at night, making it an ideal place to relax with a drink. In the morning, breakfast was served buffet-style in an open restaurant with large windows. A variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes were available to enjoy from early in the day. Throughout the Hotel are ship models that captivate any ship enthusiast without fail. I'd love to visit again not only for meals but also to admire more ship models on display!

    This time, I stayed ...

    This time, I stayed at an accommodation near the event venue. The Osanbashi Pier was also nearby, and I could see various cruise ships. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, and I couldn't try everything. My friend mentioned that the curry was particularly delicious, so I'll make sure to try it next time.

    Relaxed and enjoyed.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The location was excellent, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby Minato Mirai area during our stay. The Room was spacious and comfortable; however, black mold was noticeable in various spots in the bathroom, which made us wish for stricter maintenance. The breakfast was very delicious.

    Convenient

    I used this for the first time for work, and it was reasonably priced despite its great location. Some parts of the Facility are a bit outdated, but it is clean and nothing was particularly concerning. Breakfast had no waiting lines and offered more variety than a typical Business Hotel breakfast. I would use it again if I have the chance.

    This is my first stay. The facility and specifications are like a business hotel, but you can enjoy the beautiful view of Minato Mirai. The night view of Bay Bridge and the Red Brick Warehouse is truly luxurious. The accommodation was very clean, and check-in and check-out were smooth with automated machines, making for a very comfortable stay. Although I live in the city, I would love to stay here again when there are late-night events.

    The view is excellent, the Facility feels dated, and the staff lacks hospitality.

    The building felt aged. The view from the landmark side was excellent. I was concerned about the front desk staff not making eye contact while speaking.

    No problem for business use.

    I used this hotel to attend a conference at a nearby facility. It's hard to evaluate the hotel staff as I had almost no contact with them outside the dining area, but there are no issues for business use.

    The view is beautiful.

    I stayed here for a live concert. Although it was only a night stay, the night view from the window was beautiful, and having breakfast included at this price was a great help! (During a holiday) Next time, I would like to stay a little longer.
