    The Facility was ext...

    The Facility was extremely clean, and the bath was great. The amenities were well stocked, and we stayed with both dinner and breakfast included this time. The food was simply delicious. We would love to stay again.

    Relaxing Summer Vacation with Your Dog

    This was our third stay. There is a dedicated entrance for dogs, so we were able to relax without worrying about other guests. Since it was the Obon holiday, there were events, and perhaps some guests went out leaving their dogs behind, so we were slightly bothered by a neighboring dog barking. We also noticed some footsteps from small children, but our timid dog didn’t seem too concerned and appeared to relax comfortably. Fireworks went up close to the window, and being able to watch them with our dog from a cool room felt like a dream. The meals were delicious and generously portioned—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. We’re looking forward to coming again.

    Soak in an open-air bath while taking in the snowy mountains of Mt. Myoko.

    We stayed as a family with our dog. We were impressed by the beautiful snowy mountains around this time last year, so we looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, it was too cloudy to see much on the first day, but the next morning we enjoyed the view from the open-air bath. Most of all, we were amazed by how delicious the meals were and how many dishes there were—so much that we couldn’t finish everything. Both breakfast and dinner were extremely satisfying. We also bought lots of wild mountain vegetables at a nearby shop to take home. We truly enjoyed a trip that can only be experienced in this season, and our whole family was very happy. We’re looking forward to visiting again next time.

    A Resort Hotel with Spectacular Views of Myoko

    One-night stay with breakfast and dinner in a twin-bed Room. From our 8th-floor Room, Mt. Myoko—its summit capped with snow under clear skies—loomed before us with overwhelming presence. The lush green of the golf course made it a truly spectacular view. The buffet offered a wide variety and selection, and we were very satisfied. Above all, all the staff were pleasant and kind; their training clearly showed. It is quite a drive after getting off the interchange, followed by a steep climb, but you probably have to come this far up to enjoy such “spectacular views.” Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel.

    Wake up to breathtaking views.

    We made a same-day Reservation and arrived in the evening. The Room was spacious, and the bath was nearby, so it was very comfortable. Although the bath area was compact, there were also an open-air bath and a pot bath, which we enjoyed. When we woke up in the morning, we were surprised by the breathtaking view. Next time, we’d like to come and stay longer.

    Comfortable Stay with Your Dog

    We stayed with our beloved dog using a pet-friendly Plan. The pet-friendly Room is located in a corner on the first floor with a private entrance, making it convenient for walks. The Room includes a sturdy cage, providing peace of mind when leaving your pet during meals or other activities. Although half of the window faces the edge of the golf course green with a semi-basement-like view, which was slightly disappointing, considering the reasonable price and consideration for other guests, it might be understandable. However, the buffet venue offered an excellent view. The food and drinks were varied and delicious. When we asked staff about the name of a mountain, they kindly explained it to us, enhancing our enjoyment of the scenery. It made us want to visit again during cooler seasons. Thank you very much!

    It was an annex.

    A very spacious Resort Hotel with a beautiful golf course view from the window. The majestic Mt. Myoko stands right in front, offering a breathtaking sight. With various buildings on the premises, it was initially confusing where to go. Heading to the main building first, I was informed that although my accommodation was in an annex, check-in could be completed there. After receiving the key, I walked to the annex after parking my car. There are two annexes, both with unmanned front desks. Meals and Onsen facilities are located in the main building, which takes about 10 minutes on foot from the annex. In the morning, I drove back and forth by car. It would have been convenient if there were a shuttle bus available!

    The pool and meals were excellent! We also enjoyed the stargazing tour, and the kids were thrilled.

    Travel with Your Beloved Dog

    I stayed for two nights with my beloved dog during the November holiday. The room is spacious and clean. There is also a well-maintained grassy dog run, and my dog seemed to enjoy running around. The Onsen has three types: a deep indoor bath, an open-air bath, and a pot bath. It wasn't too crowded, so I could relax and soak in the hot water. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast, and they were delicious. It was also nice that we didn't have to wait in line for long. The only slight disappointment was the taste of the coffee. Mt. Myoko, illuminated by the morning sun during our morning walk, was very beautiful.

    Hotel you should not stay at

    Arrived on a cold, rainy night in November. First, after completing the check-in procedure at the main building, I was told to take the receipt and move to the annex. What? I unloaded the trunk case from the car, parked it, and ran, but then had to reload the luggage into the car and move to the annex by car. The annex is 200m from the main building, with a height difference of minus 50m. Furthermore, the annex parking lot is 150m from the annex, with a height difference of minus 30m. It was troublesome. The hotel room was old, and the toilet was an antique. It's the kind where ○○ sticks to the toilet bowl, haha. The shower was also shabby, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. I cut the multiple night stay to one night and escaped.

    I was able to relax....

    I was able to relax. Unexpectedly, there was a surprise with fireworks and a campfire, accompanied by guitar and ukulele performances. The rustic singing voice of Lou Harube (Ruu Harube) resonated perfectly in the mountains.

    This is my first time using it.

    Overall, I am satisfied. The view from the 7th-floor window was nice, allowing me to relax. On Sunday evening, the large public bath was not crowded, so I could take my time. The water was lukewarm, which was perfect for a leisurely soak. Although I had to move to the annex, it only took a few minutes, and the lower price made it worthwhile. The toothbrush was easy to use. There was no safe in the room, but it wasn't a significant issue. Checking out was very smooth, as I only had to drop the key in a box. I would like to use this place again if I have the opportunity.
