    Dreams Come True Live Concert

    Trip to Hiroshima to See a DREAMS COME TRUE Concert I often visit Hiroshima for personal reasons, but I rarely stay overnight. This time, it was my first overnight stay in a while, and when choosing an Accommodation I looked for somewhere near Hiroshima Station and ended up at APA Hotel Hiroshima-Ekimae Ohashi. The location is excellent, making it perfect for sightseeing and events. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again next time.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    Unexpectedly, the breakfast was a real feast. Although it was said to be close to the station, I couldn’t find it and called because I’m elderly. The bath was spacious and very nice as well. The Hotel staff were kind.

    The best Room among APA hotels in Hiroshima.

    It seemed the Hotel was fully booked that day, but as usual, even though I had reserved a non-smoking single Room, they upgraded me to a spacious Room with a king-size bed. Even though I was traveling alone, the king-size bed and the nearly double-sized space felt very comfortable, and it was just as good as any city Hotel around Hiroshima Station. I was very satisfied and able to relax and enjoy my stay.

    A highly convenient and user-friendly Hotel located in front of the station, with a higher height limit set for the parking lot.

    Unfortunately.

    Room 1316 Feedback: ① The wiring of the LCD display was dusty and dirty, visible from the bed. ② Despite being for two people, only one yukata sash was in the desk drawer, making it impossible to use the outdoor Onsen. ③ There were no clear instructions on how to report complaints (or they were hard to find). ④ When leaving the room at 7:30 AM, cleaning staff had already started tidying up vacated rooms with carts in the hallway. ⑤ The scent of shampoo and body soap was too strong (possibly for inbound guests?). Having used this facility several times over 15 years for both business and private stays, this is by far the worst experience despite its affordability.

    It was comfortable.

    First stay. I booked it as a Business Hotel, but it exceeded my expectations in a good way. The Room was small, but both the bed and bathroom were clean. Amenities were plentiful, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Conveniently located near the station, with a large public bath and breakfast buffet available, the conditions were excellent and the price reasonable. I would love to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Great value for money

    Overall, it was good. Considering the low price, everything felt satisfactory for the cost. The room wasn't perfect but comfortable. Although the room was very small, it was sufficient for sleeping, so if you're not planning to stay long and just need a place to sleep, it's excellent value for money. The onsen was always crowded with no quiet times available, but it wasn't as bad as weekend super sento crowds, so it felt acceptable. Breakfast costs 2,000 yen and I had high expectations; however, I wish they could improve the taste a bit more. The plain omelet cooked carefully was great, but there wasn’t anything that made me want to eat more of it. At least make something like the corn in the salad bar taste better. The guests were about 60% foreigners and 40% Japanese; there weren’t any particularly ill-mannered people so I could relax during my stay. I would definitely use this accommodation again without breakfast included next time. I heard that APA Hotels in Osaka have delicious meals and booked breakfast with high expectations this time; however, it seems to vary by location. Parking costs 1,300 yen even for overnight stays which is somewhat pricey—so overall I'd give this place four stars!

    It was an easy-to-use Hotel,

    Thank you for taking care of us during our parent-child trip to Hiroshima for 2 nights. Since you have to cross a bridge from the station, it might be a bit inconvenient if the weather is bad. For eco reasons? It was recommended to skip the cleaning of the Room, so we only received the amenities. There was a water service on the first night, but not on the second. When I inquired, I was told it was welcome water, so there was none on the second night. I thought it would be nice if at least those who skipped cleaning and linen changes could receive it. The large public bath was very pleasant. It was helpful to know the congestion status from the Room. However, the floor of the dressing table was full of hair, which was unpleasant. I wish it could be cleaned more frequently. The Room was clean, and although it was a twin, we didn't feel cramped and had a comfortable stay. Check-out was smooth as you just return the card key to the box, with no congestion. I think I will use it again when I visit Hiroshima, so thank you in advance.

    Everything was excellent except for the bathroom.

    The cleaning is usually thorough, and I have been using the facilities comfortably, but I noticed a few strands of hair on the bathroom ceiling. It was unpleasant, so I hope more attention will be paid to this in the future.

    Thank you for taking care of us.

    When I tried to watch TV, there was a problem with the card, so it didn't switch properly. I contacted the front desk, and they fixed it, allowing me to watch TV without any issues. When I asked for directions to my destination, they called a taxi for me, which was very helpful. It was too far to walk. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.
