  Good.

  The staff were attentive and kind. The Facility is a bit old, but it feels clean. At breakfast, I was able to enjoy about three local dishes. It has good access to the bay area. It was a non-smoking room, but the bathroom had a strong cigarette smell, which was unpleasant.

Our breakfast is a buffet with 30 Japanese and Western dishes, including local specialties such as ginger miso oden and kaiyaki miso, and has been well received by many guests. Our Hotel is also located about a 5-minute walk from Aomori Station, with convenient access to the central shopping district and restaurants.   A Warm Welcome

  I have used this service several times. From the moment I called to check my reservation, I received very polite and attentive service. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted warmly with a big smile, and even when going out, the staff greeted me cheerfully. Not only did I fall in love with the hotel, but also with Aomori itself. When I was confused about making a payment at the self-checkout mini convenience store provided in the hotel, a staff member quickly came to assist me kindly without making me feel embarrassed—this left a lasting impression on me. I apologize for not being able to evaluate the bath facilities as I didn’t use them. However, one downside was that due to snow blocking the entrance ramp, only stairs were available. This made it difficult for me to carry my luggage alone up to reception; thankfully, my friend helped carry it for me. For this reason alone, I would deduct one star—but everything else was perfect!

  I think simple is best.

  I stayed for two nights for sightseeing alone, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. It was my first time staying at APA Hotel, and I found it simple and nice.

  Conveniently located near the station

  I used it for a trip this time. The station is very close, and there is also parking, which was convenient. The Room was spacious enough for one person, with a desk that makes it suitable for business trips as well.

  The shower is trickling...

  The entire room was very clean. However, the shower was extremely narrow! The water only trickled out. That was tough. Also, the age around the washbasin is undeniable...

  Thank you very much for staying at APA Hotel <Aomori Station East>. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused despite choosing our Property among many Hotels. The Hotel was rebranded to APA Hotel about 10 years ago, and some renovations were made at that time, but the unit baths have been carried over from the previous Hotel. We are considering renovating the unit baths in the future, but we feel very sorry that we cannot immediately improve this aspect of our Facility.
