  A standard business hotel in Ginza.

  This is a simple Business Hotel in Ginza, close to Shimbashi. Since my destination Facility was nearby, that alone was more than enough for me. As I stayed on a Sunday, the price was reasonable.

  Consistently reliable

  I’ve been staying at this Hotel for years whenever I travel to Tokyo on business. The front desk staff are kind, the Room is perfectly fine with no issues, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, so it’s not inconvenient at all. It’s consistently reliable and comfortable with nothing to complain about.

  There are no cups available...

  I used this place to take a break after walking a lot while visiting museums during the day. Since it was a warm day, I tried to have a cold drink in the Room, but there were no glasses—only mugs. I would appreciate it if you could also provide drinking glasses. Also, loungewear is picked up from the elevator hall; I would like it if you could package them by size in plastic bags or similar.

Regarding drinking cups, plastic cups are available next to the ice machine on the 2nd floor; however, we apologize that this was not communicated clearly. As for loungewear, we provide a unisex free-size set only and do not offer different sizes. In addition, since some guests use both the top and bottom while others use only one piece, we intentionally do not prepare them as a fixed set so that each guest may take what they prefer. We kindly ask for your understanding. We will continue striving to provide clearer guidance and a more comfortable environment for our guests. We look forward to welcoming you again.   It was a convenient location.

  Stayed for 2 nights. The compact yet comfortable Room was great. Amenities were available at the front desk, so there were no issues. If there's room for improvement, it would be to have an outlet near the bed (for charging smartphones). I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

  Convenient location for any destination.

  Conveniently located within walking distance from Tokyo Metro stations Ginza, Higashi-Ginza, and Shimbashi, making it easy to access various destinations. Relatively affordable for this location compared to others. The Room does not have a safety box. It is a unit bath but includes a bathtub. Shampoo and body soap are from an unfamiliar brand. The Room has the typical Business Hotel feel with all the essentials provided. Items like irons and presses can be borrowed for free. Pajamas, toothbrushes, coffee, and green tea (instant) are not provided in the Room but can be picked up from designated areas to bring back to your Room. Breakfast is a buffet typical of a Business Hotel with options like curry and pudding available; however, only offering scrambled eggs as an egg dish feels limited. While there were dishes like cheese-in hamburg steak or tomato-braised chicken, more unique or elaborate side dishes would enhance the experience further. The water in the Rooms is purified; you can enjoy delicious water by adding ice from the ice machine located in the 2nd-floor laundry/vending machine/microwave area—an excellent feature!
