    Breakfast

    The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. It’s worth staying here just for the breakfast.

    The services offered have changed.

    Since the management changed, the services were quite different from before. There were no welcome drinks or drink bar perks, which was disappointing and made staying at Orion feel far less worthwhile. I understand these benefits are limited to Reservations made through the official website, but offering something like discount vouchers to guests who book through other sites would help reduce the sense of unfairness. I tried to reset my expectations and use the on-site restaurant even at regular prices, but there was no menu displayed at the entrance, so I couldn’t tell the price range. The atmosphere also made it hard to enter—almost as if it were closed. I was surprised that despite paying for a higher-priced Room, I was assigned one on the lowest floor. However, since there are only two elevators and they take a long time to arrive, being on a lower floor ultimately spared me the stress of stopping on every level. The Room itself was spacious, and the unit bath was generously sized. Bottled water and a coffee maker were provided. Unusually for a modern Hotel, there was no air purifier in the Room. Breakfast felt very average. If it costs extra, I wouldn’t recommend it.

    The Room was not cleaned.

    I stayed for 3 nights, but there was no Room cleaning. It seems that if you stay for 4 nights, cleaning is provided only on the 4th day. It may be eco-friendly, but since I’m staying at a Hotel, I would like housekeeping even during a Multiple Night Stay. Also, the coin laundry had only five washing machines, and one was out of order. They are locked, so even when a wash had already finished I couldn’t use the machine and ended up going to an outside laundromat. I wish there were a system where the lock is released after a certain amount of time once the laundry cycle has finished.

    Short Stay

    The amenities were excellent, which we greatly appreciated. We were especially surprised to find a Snow Skin Care Set prepared for each guest. The stylish front desk added excitement to our stay. Although it was a short visit, it helped us recover from travel fatigue. Thank you very much!

    Renovated into a wonderful Hotel.

    Every time I passed by, the newly renovated and stylish appearance made me want to stay. I found a plan with two meals included, so I decided to give it a try. First of all, the meals were excellent. Dinner was especially satisfying with generous portions that filled up even two men. The meat-heavy menu was particularly delightful. However, I have two requests: it was difficult to place additional orders or settle payments as there were hardly any hall staff available. It would be helpful if smartphone ordering or call bells could be installed. Also, drinks took a bit too long to arrive; it was inconvenient when you wanted something to drink but couldn't order easily or receive it promptly. The half-buffet breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend including breakfast in your plan. The room was entirely new and comfortable. This has become a hotel I'd love to stay at again. However, one thing bothered me—the female staff member who handled my check-out process left a cold impression without any smile or warmth. Additionally, when I asked if we could leave our car in the parking lot for a short while after checking out (as confirmed the day before), she curtly replied "That's not possible" with an icy look. When another staff member confirmed that it was indeed okay, she neither apologized nor made eye contact but simply looked down at her desk and moved on as if nothing had happened. While other aspects of the hotel were wonderful, this final interaction left me feeling disappointed as we departed. If given another opportunity, I'd love to stay here again!

    Overall, it was disappointing.

    I used this Hotel on the last day of my 4-day, 3-night trip, but honestly, I ended my journey feeling very disappointed. Since I chose and made the Reservation myself, I felt sorry for my companions. - First of all, at check-in, even though it was past 3 PM, the Room was not ready. - When we entered the Room, preparations were incomplete. - The free drinks in the refrigerator were not cold (though they were replaced). Despite various issues, there was no internal line to contact staff directly; having to call each time was honestly inconvenient. The following points might be unavoidable but still left me feeling disappointed: - The cups at the sink were paper cups. - Other amenities overall felt cheap. - There was a coffee maker but no stirrer or spoon (when I asked during checkout, they said there weren’t any → How are we supposed to mix milk or sugar?). - The Room was much smaller than expected. - The hallway was too dark (perhaps because our Room was at the end of it—it felt almost scary). The only positive aspect was that all staff members were kind and helpful. However, overall it left such a disappointing impression that I cannot imagine wanting to use this Hotel again.

    Great location

    Close to the monorail station and bus stop, making it convenient even without a rental car. Having a supermarket right in front is also very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

    Spacious and clean guest rooms

    The renovated Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I was delighted that the showerhead was from ReFa. Amenities such as toothbrushes, razors, hairbrushes, and cotton swabs were available at the front desk. Sleepwear could be borrowed on the floor, and the Room had bath towels, face towels, and mineral water (no coffee or tea). There were no welcome drinks or in-room beer offerings that I had been looking forward to based on past reviews; it seems they are available when booking through the official website, which was a bit disappointing. I added breakfast to my stay—the calm atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and the food was delicious.

    The Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and user-friendly.

    Stayed for 2 nights on 10/31 and 11/1. This was my second stay. The hotel is conveniently located near both Makishi Station and Asato Station. As a welcome drink, the room is stocked with Orion Beer and Chu-Hi, free of charge (included in the Accommodation Fee). Water is also provided. Additionally, you receive a ticket for one glass of draft beer at the Orion Beer restaurant on the first floor (one ticket per night of stay). Amenities are self-service and can be picked up in front of the reception on the first floor. The room is new, clean, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The shelves and desk are simple yet stylish, with plenty of power outlets and USB ports available for convenience. Although there’s no large public bath, which I personally found disappointing, it’s understandable given other features offered by this accommodation. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of bathroom cleanliness—there were black mold spots on the upper part of the shower curtain and curtain rail as well as dust buildup in the ventilation fan area. While I understand that cleaning bathrooms can be challenging due to dirt accumulation over time, more attention to detail would make this hotel even better. Also worth noting: during a 2-night stay, cleaning services are skipped; however, it would be appreciated if water bottles could still be replenished (I requested additional water at reception without issue).

    Beautiful Hotel

    The entire hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean. For the welcome drink, you could choose between Orion Beer or juice, and the room's refrigerator included complimentary mineral water, Orion Beer, and Orion Chu-Hi, which added a great sense of value. Breakfast was a half-buffet style where you select one main dish from three options while enjoying other items from the buffet. Since we stayed as a group of three, we tried all three main dishes, and each was absolutely delicious. The hotel's location near Makishi Station on the monorail made access to the airport very convenient.

    Comfortable and convenient Hotel

    Stayed for 2 nights. The bright and functional design of the Room made it feel much more spacious and comfortable than expected from its square footage. The Orion beer and canned chu-hi in the Room's refrigerator were a pleasant touch, and the table set was perfect for planning trips or enjoying meals. The welcome drink of draft beer was fantastic, though the woman who assisted us at night seemed a bit distant. If I may be picky, it would have been nice to have chilled glasses or better-quality juice as an alternative to beer. Overall, extremely satisfied. Would love to stay again!

    Conveniently located near Kokusai Street.

    First time staying here. About a 3-minute walk from Yui Rail Makishi Station. Located at the end of Kokusai Street, so it’s a bit of a walk, but the Hotel itself is excellent. You can enjoy Orion Beer, and the Room is spacious and clean. Each floor has an ice machine, which is very convenient. I would love to stay again!

    Managed by Orion Beer, the Hotel allows you to enjoy Orion Beer from morning to afternoon, which was highly satisfying. It is conveniently located near Makishi Station, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby, making it an excellent base for outings. The Room was clean and very comfortable for relaxing. I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa.

    Close to Makishi Sta...

    Close to Makishi Station (with a 7-Eleven right next door and Lopia across the street), the lobby and room were very clean, making for a comfortable stay. In addition to welcome drinks, the refrigerator was stocked with beer, sours, and mineral water—truly impressive hospitality. Breakfast featured a calm dining experience with four main dishes to order from and sides available buffet-style. Booking early allowed us to enjoy an affordable rate, offering excellent value for money. I would love to stay here again if given the chance and would recommend it to friends as well.

    While visiting family

    This was my second stay. The beer vouchers and Orion beer provided in the Room, the convenient location near Kokusai-dori, and the simple, clean atmosphere were all big pluses—making this Accommodation very easy to use. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    The location is good and it is a hotel that offers great satisfaction in terms of price.

    I stayed for 2 nights from 12/29 at the end of the year. Since it was a solo trip this time, I thought it would be nice to be near Kokusai Street, and I found this place, which was a bargain at 19,000 yen for 2 nights, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I didn't feel the age of the building, and the interior was clean. There were no particular problems with the room, and at this price, I was very satisfied! Moreover, as a welcome drink, I received a ticket for one glass of draft beer per night! Also, there were two free beers in the room's refrigerator, so it was really a great deal! However, it was quite cold when I stayed, and the room's air conditioner didn't have heating, so the room was cold. I told the staff and received two additional comforters, making it three to sleep with. The comforters here are thin and heavy like senbei futons, so three were quite heavy. The temperature that night was 15 degrees. The second night was 17 degrees, but it was still cold, so I decided to sleep with three comforters. I didn't include breakfast this time. Breakfast is Western-style and can be added for 2,250 yen. I prefer Japanese-style breakfast, so I skipped it this time. The hotel's location is along Kokusai Street, so it's quite convenient as it's close to the city center. Other than the cold, it was a highly satisfying hotel!

    Very kind

    There were various accidents, but we were very well taken care of. It's clean. It's also close to Makishi, at a reasonable distance, and very calm. This is my second time using it, and it might be irresistible for beer lovers.

    Perfect for those who love alcohol!

    I was looking forward to it since it was after the renewal. Including the front desk and restaurant, it has become a very stylish hotel, which was great! The welcome drink beer, free beer and sour in the room, and Enoteca on the first floor are perfect for those who love alcohol. Breakfast is a half-buffet where you can choose the main dish, and the BLT sandwich with pancakes was exquisite. I want to eat it again. Since it's at the entrance of Kokusai Street, Kumochi and Sakaemachi are within walking distance, and you can hop between bars. It's perfect for those who love alcohol! I will stay again.

    The clean interior feels pleasant.

    Close to Makishi Station, easy to find, and a pleasant new (renewed?) space. There are many hangers, which is convenient. You can choose to have a welcome drink of draft beer either in the restaurant or in your room. At the breakfast venue, I put out a sign indicating I was eating and left my plate half-full to get a drink. When I returned, I was surprised to find my table being cleared. It wasn't crowded, and dishes were left on other finished tables for a long time, suggesting insufficient service training. I rated it a 3 not for the taste, but for the restaurant's service.

    Family Trip

    We stayed for the first night in Okinawa. We used a family Room for four people, and it was a very nice and clean Hotel. The Room was spacious and nice, but it was unfortunate that the bathroom was shared with the toilet. The space between the unit bath and the toilet was narrow, which might be difficult for those with children. Other than that, we were satisfied.

    I couldn't drink the welcome drink or the all-you-can-drink beverages in the refrigerator due to certain circumstances, but I thought it was wonderful. If I visit Naha again, I would like to use this place again.

    Generally satisfied

    The location is close to Kokusai Street, but not right next to it, so it's not a problem. The parking lot is underground and easy to park in, and despite the heavy rain due to the typhoon, I was able to reach the lobby without getting wet. If exploring Kokusai Street in Naha City is the goal, I would choose this place again next time.
