    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. I usually stay at a Hotel in Hatchobori, but it was surprisingly quiet (aside from the construction), and I was able to rest well. I will stay again.

    We’re extremely satisfied!

    This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

    Such a convenient location at this price??

    Located in a prime area close to the station and Ginza, the Room, hallway, lobby, and meals were all exceptionally well-maintained for a Business Hotel. Breakfast was the only meal provided, but the variety and taste were excellent. Many international guests (non-Asian) were present and likely satisfied with how reasonably priced Japanese Hotels are.

    Convenient location for Shinkansen users, affordable price, and quiet environment. I would like to use it again. However, since there are only two elevators, I rated that aspect 3 stars.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station and Kyobashi Station (Tokyo Metro), offering excellent access. Guests can enjoy satisfying amenities such as coffee service in the lounge after check-in and breakfast.

    Convenient, clean, and satisfying. The lounge service was a very appreciated feature. During the warmer season, having iced coffee would have made it even better. At the time of my stay, only cold juice was available, though this may have changed now.

    Convenient access from both Haneda and Tokyo Station. Although many shops in the business district were closed on the holiday, heading towards Tokyo Station solved the issue. The double room did not feel cramped even for two women. The staff provided service with a smile, which made us happy.

    Beautiful and conveniently located.

    We stayed at this Hotel for three nights as it was our first trip to Tokyo with my parents in their 80s, and its proximity to Tokyo Station was ideal. The Hotel is also very close to Kyobashi Subway Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around and returning. The Hotel itself is new and very clean, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The guest lounge offered complimentary coffee, tea, snacks, etc., which provided a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a different menu every day, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. We definitely plan to stay here again next time!

    Highly recommended Hotel near Tokyo Station.

    I stayed here for one night due to a meeting in Tokyo, as it is close to Tokyo Station. However, there was no noticeable sign from the road, and for first-timers, the location of the Hotel was hard to find from the main street. I ended up wandering around with Google Maps open. While the exterior design is important, I felt it could have been improved a bit more. The Room had excellent soundproofing that set it apart from budget Business Hotels, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom and amenities were above standard and quite satisfying. There were many tour guests as well, so the area in front of the reception on the second floor felt a bit cramped; however, their hospitality was on par with that of luxury hotels.

    With elderly parents

    It was a stay to celebrate a 70th birthday. Although the delayed bus arrival meant we couldn't enjoy coffee in the lounge, we were able to take it to our room. Thank you for the celebratory towels as well; my parents were very pleased. We stayed in a triple room, and the unit bath was spacious and comfortable. However, since the shelves on the wall were far due to its size, I thought having baskets for clothes would be convenient. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared so that even international guests could enjoy it, which was great. I had been looking forward to trying accompaniments for rice, and they were delicious! I was surprised that not many other guests seemed to take them though. With an 11:00 AM checkout time, we could relax during our stay. The hotel also provided three types of boxes for packing luggage, which was very helpful. The only slight inconvenience was that there were only two elevators available and they often arrived full. Being close to Yaechika and offering umbrellas on rainy days made this hotel highly convenient. I would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you very much!

    I was a little anxious about my first stay, but

    I applied for a smoking room because there was a spacious Room available. The access from Tokyo Station was good and convenient. I was relieved that the public areas, which I feared the most, such as the corridors, were quiet. I didn't use the air purifier or the humidifier that made me uneasy, so ventilation in the Room wasn't great. There were two elevators, but they were narrow, so I rated the Facility with two stars. Since it was a decent Hotel overall, I'll give it 3 stars.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff left varying impressions in terms of service quality and hospitality. While some were cheerful and friendly, the staff member who assisted us on the day of check-in appeared to lack expression, spoke softly, and did not seem proactive in engaging with guests. We arrived about an hour early and left our luggage at the front desk, then waited on the sofa in front of the reception area to prepare for check-in. However, guests who arrived later were checked in one after another. When we finally approached the staff, we were informed that check-in was possible. Since it was the same staff member who had taken our luggage earlier, we felt a bit disappointed by the lack of attentiveness. Additionally, the dust accumulated on the lobby furniture and decor was noticeable, and sitting on the sofa revealed white specks, which left us feeling disheartened. We hope for a more heartfelt approach to hospitality in the future.
