    I can’t find the entrance, though…

    I don’t often stay in Kawasaki, but I thought this place was great. It’s clean. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby, and it’s also directly connected to the station, which is nice. It wasn’t too far from the JR lines either, so it was really convenient for work. The free coffee at the entrance was appreciated as well.\nI had a hard time finding the elevator that leads to the entrance, but everything else was fine.\nIn any case, I was most surprised by how much cleaner and nicer Kawasaki’s streets have become.

    The bathroom in the ...

    The bathroom in the Room I stayed in had a damp, musty odor. It seemed to be coming from the shower curtain. Since this time of year makes such odors especially noticeable, I think it would be better to replace it.

    Comfortable

    By chance, there was no one at the front desk at either check-in or check-out, but the process is automated so it wasn’t a problem. The complimentary coffee was also delicious. The microwave is a very basic model, but it seems to work well. The shower water pressure is a little on the weak side, though this may come down to personal preference.

    Conveniently located and great value for money.

    With direct access to the station, restaurants in the same building, and a supermarket nearby, it’s very convenient. Hotels in central Tokyo are very expensive, so compared with those, I think this Hotel offers good value for money. However, there were a few inconveniences. The Room is small but the bed is generously sized, which is nice, though the desk is very small and not suitable for working. The in-room kettle looked a bit dirty. The Wi-Fi password information was hard to understand. I had an early checkout, but the passageway I used at check-in was not available, and since I was in a hurry it was confusing. When I asked at the front desk, the explanation was unclear and the staff member seemed curt, which left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope these points can be improved even slightly.

    Repeat stay.

    Hotels in Tokyo can be expensive, so I often stay here when working. The ticket gate is very close, making it safe even late at night. There’s a drugstore and UNIQLO nearby, so it’s easy to pick up anything you’ve forgotten. Plus, there are plenty of breakfast options available. Although I didn’t have time to eat this time, the breakfast voucher allows you to purchase bread from Pompadour on the 1st floor all day, which is very convenient. With direct access via the Asakusa Line, you can reach central Tokyo without transfers—extremely convenient! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the Room.

    You can relax.

    I stayed the night before work due to an early start. The Room was on a high floor, offering a great view outside. The Room was neither too spacious nor too cramped, just right. The bed's design against the window and wall created a very comfortable and relaxing space. Amenities were sufficient without any issues. Coffee and tea available in the lobby at any time were a nice touch. Being close to the station made access very convenient as well.

    First time staying at Keikyu EX Inn

    I used Keikyu EX Inn for the first time. The Facility and amenities were well-equipped for a Business Hotel. Personally, I was pleased that the usage status of the coin laundry could be checked on the TV in the guest room. The breakfast was also satisfying with about four options. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    I stayed here the night before my early morning flight from Haneda. - Excellent location directly connected to the station - Great access to Haneda Airport - Quality that exceeds the price This will be my go-to choice from now on!

    Great location and very clean

    Located on the upper floors of a beautiful station building, offering excellent convenience. Secure access with card-key operated automatic doors ensures peace of mind. The self-service coffee machine at the entrance was a nice touch.

    Totally satisfied!

    The building is still new and clean, and compared to business hotels in Tokyo, the bed was spacious and comfortable! The location was even closer to the station than I expected, almost directly connected to Keikyu Kawasaki Station! Although I didn’t use it this time, there are plenty of restaurants on the lower floors of the same building as the Hotel, along with a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient. The free Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, which was especially helpful for me since I had reached my data limit. The only issue I noticed was that the toilet flush button didn’t work properly. Considering its location in Kawasaki and how accessible it is from the station, everything exceeded my expectations—I’m very satisfied! I’d love to stay here again if I have any business near Kawasaki. Thank you so much!

    Close to the ticket gate.

    Very convenient location right in front of the nearest ticket gate (Keikyu Kawasaki). The Hotel is part of a commercial building, making it easy for dining and shopping. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant had a view of Keikyu trains right outside the window, which train enthusiasts would enjoy. Since the tracks are close by, earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. I stayed on a higher floor and slept well without earplugs. With direct access to the Asakusa Line, it's easy to get into central Tokyo, so I would love to stay here again.

    Business Trip

    Fortunately, I was able to stay at an affordable time. I went directly from Haneda, stopped by a convenience store, and stayed at the accommodation. Looking forward to staying again!

    It was so close to the station that I ended up getting lost.

    Since I checked in late at night, I couldn't find the entrance, and I got lost because it was too close to the station and I went too far. Inside the hotel, it was a proper business hotel, and the bed was spacious and nice.

    Clean and convenient, close to the station.

    The entrance is right next to the ticket gate of Keikyu Kawasaki Station, making it very convenient. I didn't use the breakfast service, but the restaurant in front of the front desk offers it, and it was both enviable and a bit tough to leave while everyone was enjoying their breakfast during checkout (lol). I'll definitely use it next time.
