    Single Use

    I stayed in a single-use room. The Room was clean, but when I went out and removed the card key, the air conditioning in the Room also turned off. Every time I returned to the Room, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I had to turn on the air conditioning again each time, even if I just went to a vending machine, my car, or the bath. It was frustrating that every time I returned, the Room was unbearably hot. When I asked if it was possible to borrow an extra card key so that one could be left in the Room due to how hot it got during high-temperature days, they said it wasn’t possible. The bath usage system was also inconvenient for female guests as you need to go to reception each time you want a card key for using the public bath and return it afterward for security reasons. However well-intentioned this may be for security purposes, it felt incredibly inconvenient. After bathing with half-dried hair or without makeup on post-bath attire, having to return keys at reception felt inconsiderate towards female guests. As expected during evening hours at reception when it's crowded with male guests present too—it felt very uncomfortable waiting just to return keys while being dressed casually after bathing. In other Business Hotels I've stayed at before—public bath access is often smoother; either receiving separate keys upon check-in or using password input systems instead of this cumbersome process here made me feel like their system needs improvement significantly!

    Hotel with free parking and breakfast

    Stayed during a trip to Sendai with a rental car. There is free coffee in the lobby, and while the room is small, it is easy to use. The parking lot is spacious, making it convenient for late check-ins. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Having a large public bath was great for relieving travel fatigue.

    The meals are delicious.

    Well-designed and efficient Room layout with clean Facilities made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was simple but very delicious, making this a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    Large public bath! Excellent!

    Compact single room utilized. For a one-night stay with little luggage, it provided ample space and was well-equipped with amenities, leaving me with no sense of lacking. The large public bath was excellent for relieving fatigue! Breakfast starts early at 6:30 and offers a wide variety, allowing me to have a proper meal before heading home, for which I am grateful. I will continue to use this Property in Sendai.
