  It was a comfortable stay.

  I was unfamiliar with the area and needed a place to stay at short notice, but I made a Reservation because I felt I could trust a Kyoritsu Group Hotel. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice! The staff member who answered my inquiry call was very courteous, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful—everyone working at the Hotel was attentive, which made me feel truly welcome. I enjoyed the late-night soba, relaxed in the large public bath to soothe my fatigue, and loved the local breakfast. The jelly and water in the refrigerator were also a nice touch. The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly. Thanks to you, it was a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

  I used to stay at th...

  I used to stay at this accommodation regularly when visiting Muroran, but this time the room had an unpleasant smell around the toilet and shower area, possibly due to the building's age. I'm not sure if it was coming from the drainage pipes. Additionally, I occasionally heard a sound like something being dispersed from the air conditioner(?). Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

  As always, it was excellent.

  I have been staying for one night every month since June! I have stayed at various accommodations, but Dormy Inn Muroran is my favorite! This time, the toilet and shower room had a sewage smell, but other than that, the room, bath, late-night soba noodles, and hotel staff were as excellent as always and helped me relax. The massage chair after the bath was amazing and relieved my daily fatigue. I will visit again next month! Thank you very much!

  Second time!

  This is my second stay! I often use various hotels when I want to refresh myself alone, and this is my third time staying at Dormy Inn, including this location. The sauna, cold bath, and onsen are all excellent! This time, there were some disappointing aspects such as finding a towel from the previous guest in the room and the alarm clock set by the previous guest going off early in the morning. However, I was still able to refresh myself very well! I would love to stay here again!

  Dormy Inn is excellent.

  I stayed at Dormy Inn for the first time in a while, and as expected, it was amazing. Good points: 1. The Room was spacious, allowing me to spread out my luggage without any stress. 2. The response from the front desk staff and restaurant staff was excellent. 3. There were so many food options, and everything was delicious, so I always ended up taking too much and regretting it (lol). 4. The large public bath was relaxing and spacious. 5. The Hotel Room and the large public bath were thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. 6. The location was great, just a 7-8 minute walk from the station, with a convenience store nearby. Bad points: 1. The massage chair was always in use, so I couldn't use it. 2. ...Can't think of anything. That's all. I will stay again.
