  The room was cold.

  Stayed on the 2nd floor, but the heating was not very effective, so I requested a blanket during the night.

  The room smells of tobacco.

  Despite making a Reservation for a non-smoking Room, the smell of cigarettes filled the Room. When I informed the front desk, they brought an air purifier, but it did not easily remove the cigarette smell, and it remained throughout my stay.
