    The Facility feels somewhat dated.

    - There is no refrigerator (only a cooler). - The building uses centralized air conditioning. These two points were very disappointing. The location is good, so if these areas are improved, it would be worth reserving again in the future.

    This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

    Conveniently located for sightseeing.

    Conveniently located near Dotonbori, the Minami entertainment district, and Nihonbashi Subway Station. There were many international guests, but everyone was well-mannered, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. We stayed as a couple, but there was no seating area in the Room or any space to write or use a PC, so we couldn’t really relax—it was a Hotel where we just stayed out sightseeing until late and slept soundly.

    It was great.

    I stayed the night before visiting the Expo. Although many international and Japanese guests were staying, it was quiet and comfortable. There was a minor issue during check-in, but the staff's quick and excellent response ensured a pleasant stay throughout. Thank you for providing such a comfortable experience despite your busy location. However, I noticed significant differences in firmness on either side of the mattress, possibly due to irregular rotation or flipping. Additionally, the air purifier in the room seemed plugged in but would not turn on.

    Which country is this?

    Many guests using the accommodation were from China, and there seemed to be a lack of understanding of Japanese rules—such as speaking loudly or standing in the middle of hallways. The disorderly behavior, especially in the breakfast area, negatively impacted the hotel's image. The breakfast area was fully visible from the lobby, and some guests kept watching inside; perhaps partitions could be considered? The temperature of the refrigerator in the room was too high, so drinks did not get cold. Thank you for accommodating my request for a night view from my room—it was wonderful. Although I do not plan to visit Osaka until after Expo 2025 Kansai is over, I would love to stay at this hotel again once things settle down. Thank you very much!

    Souvenir Assistance

    I stayed for one night this time. On the first day, I bought souvenirs and had them stored in the Hotel's refrigerator overnight. I truly appreciated it. Thank you very much.

    Very close to Dotonbori.

    Convenient access. All amenities, including pajamas and toothbrushes, are self-service, which may be slightly inconvenient.

    Osaka Concert

    The Facility is old, but it was well-cleaned and conveniently located. The amenities, such as cosmetics, were standard, but it was nice to take only what was needed. It was very helpful that we could use an extra toothbrush for my child who is undergoing orthodontic treatment.

    It was a convenient location.

    The Hotel staff were very kind and provided pleasant service from check-in to check-out. The Room was convenient to use, and the amenities were well-equipped. There were plenty of elevators, making everything smooth.

    Breakfast

    The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though a few dishes were empty, possibly due to high demand. It would be great to have more Japanese side dishes, but it might be understandable given the majority of international guests.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Since it was a hot season, I didn't walk outside, and I think the access is good as the hotel is connected to the station not only from Nihonbashi but also through an underground passage from Namba station. There are many restaurants in the underground shopping area, which is convenient. The guest room and bathroom are small. As mentioned in the reviews, it's a small cooler rather than a refrigerator, so you can't stock up on purchases. The courier service was only available for cash on delivery.
