    I would like to stay here again.

    The Room was spacious, and the amenities we needed—and were happy to have—were available near the front desk. The staff were kind, and we would definitely like to stay again. The Facility is a bit retro, but it wasn’t a problem at all.

    Some of the electrical outlets in the Room are not working.

    The outlet by the Room window was not supplying power. I noticed the next morning when my mobile router hadn’t charged, and by then it was too late. It had been running on battery and was down to zero. I would like you to conduct Facility inspections as well as cleaning. I was also surprised that the breakfast coffee tasted bad. It seemed to be made in advance and kept in a pot-style dispenser, and it didn’t look like it had been refilled. The level indicator showed it was running low; when I tried it, it tasted unpleasant, so I stopped after two sips. The food also didn’t appear to be replenished, and it felt like we were eating leftovers—this doesn’t feel like a paid breakfast at all! I won’t be coming again! Despite charging high Golden Week rates, this was terrible. The only positive point was that the front desk staff were very good.

    Business Trip to Utsunomiya

    I have stayed several times. The room is compact but very clean, and I was highly satisfied. I would like to use this accommodation again in the future.

    Red mold on the bathroom floor

    The Room and bathroom are spacious and good for the price, but the red mold left on the bathroom floor is a bit disappointing.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The breakfast with rice and raw egg was delicious, and I had seconds. Amenities and instant beverages were well-stocked.

    Located just off the main road.

    Located just off a main road, it might seem quiet at first, but there is a pub on the ground floor. People were shouting and laughing on the street outside until around 1 AM, which was noticeable. However, being in a corner Room meant I wasn’t disturbed by noise from neighboring Rooms. There’s a wide variety of bath salts and tea available, as well as rental comics. A free coffee machine is provided, and you can take your coffee back to your Room. The smallest Rooms are quite compact but sufficient if you’re only returning to sleep; amenities are more than adequate. There’s an impressive TV in the Room. While the key isn’t card-based, it’s an auto-lock system where you leave the key at reception when going out and provide your Room number and name to retrieve it—offering good security. However, I noticed that the disposable slippers had many lint balls on them, making me wonder if they were reused; I couldn’t bring myself to use them. For those who aren’t too particular about small details, this place offers great value for money and is recommended!

    Satisfied with No Meals Included

    I stayed here to attend a friend's wedding. I booked a single room, which was compact but perfect for a 2-night stay with No Meals Included. There were small pieces of trash blending into the floor pattern and some mysterious stains on the wall near the bed gap, but they didn’t bother me personally. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Utsunomiya Station and close to convenience stores. The shampoo and other toiletries had a pleasant fragrance. I was impressed by the wide variety of tea bags provided, as well as instant soup—such thoughtful amenities! If I have another chance, I’d like to stay in a spacious double room and explore Tochigi next time.

    The rate was affordable during my stay, the location near the station was excellent, there were plenty of amenities, and the staff left a great impression. Although the bathroom facilities felt slightly outdated and lacked some cleanliness, overall, I was very satisfied.

    Manga in the lobby

    I stayed for two nights on a conference business trip. It was neither good nor bad, just as expected. It was nice to have manga in the lobby, but unfortunately, I was too busy with work to have time to read them.
