    Accommodation connected to the spa

    Unlimited access to the neighboring spa Facility is a great perk. With so many types of baths, my favorite is the carbonated spring in the open-air bath.

    It was better than I expected.

    This was my first stay, and it was far more comfortable than I expected. Kasadera Station is also just a short ride from Nagoya Station, and it’s wonderful that Croco-kun Hall is extremely close and within walking distance. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby. This will be my regular Accommodation when visiting Croco-kun Hall.

    A Hotel for an Enjoyable Stay

    A hotel adjacent to a large-scale super sento. There are exclusive pathways and changing rooms for guests, and it was convenient not having to bring towels. The Japanese-modern room feels like a business hotel with tatami flooring, but since the focus is on the bath, it was very comfortable not needing to wear slippers (only required in elevators and hallways). The view is also beautiful. The hotel building's front desk has a lounge where you can enjoy coffee, and along with the mentioned changing rooms, it felt like they truly value their guests. The staff were kind as well. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There’s an omelet station where they make fresh omelets, but I was quietly delighted by the addition of sunny-side-up eggs too. I used to stay at accommodations near Nagoya Station or Sakae during business trips, but Kasadera is close to Nagoya and offers this amusement-like experience which I really enjoyed.     Overall, it left a slightly disappointing impression.

    Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing. It is one of the more critical evaluations among the accommodations I have stayed at so far. The location was slightly inconvenient, and the phone support felt a bit pressuring, creating an atmosphere that made it difficult to consult. Regarding the room, issues such as red mold and hardened dirt in the bathroom, dripping body soap, and cleanliness were concerning. Hair left on the bed also raised concerns about linen replacement. Additionally, what stood out most was nighttime noise. There were individuals speaking loudly near the elevator area late into the night, and their voices echoed throughout the floor, making it quite unsettling. It would be appreciated if more attention could be given to soundproofing measures. Compared to other business hotels in a similar price range, both service and facilities fell short of expectations. I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas moving forward.

    Wonderful!

    The amenities are wonderful. The old Hotel has been beautifully modernized, and the night view is absolutely stunning.

    I was very satisfied.

    I stayed at the property for an event at a nearby sports park. It was my first stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lobby with complimentary soft drinks and even free alcohol. Due to time constraints, I didn't have a meal at the hotel, but I loved the tatami-floored room as it was very clean. The spa available for free use was also very spacious, and the restaurant was large with carpeted floors that felt nice underfoot. The parking lot was also very spacious and free for guests, which impressed me. I would definitely like to use it again next time. Thank you very much.

    The place was clean, the Facility was good, and I was satisfied with being able to use the large bath and manga room of the adjacent Utopia Takara.
