    A very quiet Hotel

    It was my first time staying here, and it was a good Hotel with great convenience. I didn’t go in and out very often, but the elevator seemed slow to arrive—probably just by chance.

    The location is excellent.

    When I entered the Room and looked outside, the brilliantly shining Tokyo Skytree was right there—I don’t get to visit Tokyo often, so seeing it made me very happy. Thank you for this dreamlike stroke of luck.

    The night view of Tokyo Skytree is stunning.

    The toilet in the Room and the bidet were not very clean... There are green tea bags available, but no coffee. Recently, many places provide skincare products, so I didn't bring any, but there were none here. The night view of Tokyo Skytree and the sunrise scenery were excellent. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and having a smoking Room is greatly appreciated.

    The room facilities ...

    The room facilities did not seem adequate for the price. The air conditioner in the room was old and ineffective, the power outlet and light switch near the bed were broken, and I was shocked by the amount of mold in the bathroom—it made me question if it had been cleaned properly. The toilet paper felt cheap and rough as well. Although it was mentioned that Wi-Fi could be accessed using the room number, there was no connection at all in my room. When I left my room to check out, cleaning staff who appeared to be from overseas had started their work but were speaking in their native language—whether it was personal conversation or not, I couldn't tell—and they didn’t even greet me. I thought to myself, "Is this how it is?"

    I don't think I'll go again.

    There was a mistake on the day, and the response was not very good. Although they managed to resolve it, I don't think I'll go again. It left an unpleasant memory.

    No sincerity.

    When my companion developed COVID-19 symptoms on the day of check-in, I contacted to cancel the reservation. I understand that it was our issue and accept the situation. However, I will never forget how heartless the response was (from both a part-time staff member and their supervisor), as they only talked about money, saying things like, "If you stay alone, we will charge a cancellation fee for one person; if you don't stay at all, it will be the full amount," without any concern for the sick person. This is written truthfully. Goodbye.

    Communication is difficult.

    Stayed for 2 nights. The facility was clean, the room was spacious, and it had a washing machine, which was satisfying. However, I requested garbage collection, but it was not communicated properly, which was disappointing. Felt that education for foreigners and young Japanese is urgently needed.

    Comfortable

    Stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in a corner room on the top floor (24th floor). The room was spacious, very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The view was amazing! (I would have preferred a room with a view of the Skytree though.) From the direction of Ueno Station, I could see planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport in the distance—an incredible night view! Very satisfied! The amenities were great too, but it would have been better if the body towel for washing was larger (it was small!).

    The elevator to the ...

    The elevator to the front desk is slow and takes a long time to arrive. The air conditioner in the Room is old and noisy. The breakfast, although limited in variety, was a decent buffet and tasted good. The seating was also spacious and comfortable.
