    The Hotel was well l...

    The Hotel was well located and provided a comfortable space for both business and leisure stays. Perhaps because I made the Reservation well in advance, it also offered great value for money, and I would recommend it as a Business Hotel.

    First-time guest

    We stayed in a spacious twin Room. Not only was it roomy, but the bathroom and toilet were separate, which made it very comfortable. We were also satisfied with the amenities. The nightwear was a one-piece style, so we would have preferred a two-piece set. We stayed in a different Room the previous day as well, and they arranged an early check-in and guided us to our Room promptly, so the service was excellent.

    Excellent customer service

    Whenever I stay in Kokura, I always choose this Hotel. The service is consistently high quality, and this time the staff provided even more pleasant and comfortable hospitality. In customer service, it’s easy to fall into routine over time, but thanks to their warm smiles and attentive support, I had a truly comfortable stay. This is just my personal impression, but I understand the Daiwa Net Hotel in Kokura is celebrating its 10th anniversary. I hope you will continue to value your original spirit and remain a fresh, welcoming Hotel that stays close to travelers’ hearts. Congratulations on your 10th anniversary.     If I come to Kokura alone again, I’d like to stay here next time too.

    I stayed for one night on an errand. It’s a standard Business Hotel. Everything a solo guest needs is prepared in a compact, clean, and well-organized way. If those are the things you value in a Business Hotel, this is definitely a reliable choice. I’ve unfortunately not often found hotels that get these basics right, so I was very impressed. The bathroom area is compact, but the bathtub is spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable as well. The view from the window was an emergency staircase, but since I wasn’t in the room until evening anyway, I didn’t open the curtains much. Breakfast was buffet-style and very tasty, and there was clear attention to keeping the restaurant consistently neat and orderly. You could tell the staff worked quietly behind the scenes—this may have been my favorite point. Next time I’d like to come for dinner. There’s also a convenience store nearby and an area with plenty of restaurants within easy reach, so it’s very convenient. Highly recommended for solo travelers and business stays—especially if you’re traveling alone!

    Satisfied

    We stayed during the Golden Week holidays. There is parking on the first floor, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The location is also great—close to the station and near an area with many bars and restaurants. The Hotel staff’s hospitality was outstanding. We would love to stay again.

    I stay here two or three times a year, and the quality was as consistently excellent as always. It’s a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to staying again this summer.

    Neither good nor bad.

    This time, I stayed in a 20 m² double Room because there were no other vacancies. It was a very standard Business Hotel, but having the bathroom and toilet separate was great, and the front desk staff were helpful. I had a stress-free stay for two days.

    I had originally reserved a standard single room, but I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a twin room as it was unexpectedly available, and it was very comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, and although I felt nervous about returning to Tokyo early the next morning, I was able to relax and sleep well. Thanks to this, I enjoyed breakfast right at the 6:30 opening of the dining area and successfully caught my Shinkansen train.

    The Best

    I personally prefer this Hotel over those directly connected to or near the station! My stay was very comfortable. I loved the spacious bathroom with a washing area and the Room with plenty of hangers. The breakfast was delicious as well. The location is unbeatable—just 5 minutes from the station, and almost barrier-free if you use the escalators and elevators at Amu Plaza or the pedestrian bridge. Walking through the shopping arcade keeps you mostly dry even on rainy days, with various shops along the way making it enjoyable. Uomachi Shopping Street and Riverwalk are also nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time!

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station

    Since I was a member of the chain Hotel, I was able to check in with just my name. There are no amenities, so you must remember to bring everything. You can access the elevator floors with a card, so the security is perfect. By the way, the front desk was on the second floor. The size of the Room was just right, and it didn't feel cramped. Breakfast was Italian, but surprisingly, the food was delicious. There were also Italian side dishes, and the variety was abundant. It was unexpectedly delicious. It's also close to Kokura Station, so I hope to use it again next time.

    I used a separate type of bathroom. It was spacious, well-cleaned, and felt great. The massage chair was also comfortable. I arrived a little early for check-in, but since the Room was ready, I was able to check in early, relax a bit, and then go out. There were handwritten maps and recommendations for shops around the Hotel, such as ramen shops and restaurants, on the front desk floor, which made it easy to understand and created good travel memories.     Trusted Hotel Chain

    The facilities and amenities are excellent, and the location is convenient, being close to the station and the nearest downtown area. The fragrance of the shampoos is pleasant, and the pants press is appreciated for business use. I would like to try the breakfast next time. Being a well-established hotel chain, the clientele was good, and I was not bothered by noise.

    Convenience good, bath good, service good

    Convenience is good, the bath is good, and the service is good. The facilities are clean and beautiful. As long as the price is agreeable, I think this is the only choice for staying in Kokura. I also stayed in Tokyo, and I feel that the accommodations in the Daiwa House group (including Daiwa Roynet) are never a miss.
