    I’m satisfied.

    I was able to enjoy my stay again this time with no complaints. Some people may have different opinions, but I was personally satisfied.

    It was comfortable.

    I had a very comfortable stay. The desk lamp with a phone-charging function was great. I’ve been thinking for some time that it would be nice if women’s amenities could be purchased from a vending machine.

    I always have a comf...

    I always have a comfortable stay, but during my recent visit, the bathtub in the Room made a popping sound every time I stood up and moved around. At first I didn’t know what it was, but whenever I moved, the bottom of the tub made a popping noise and I was worried it might give way. Please check the bathtub in Room 605.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service.

    I have used this place several times. The front desk staff are very accommodating, but the Room has a damp smell. The bathroom had an odor similar to that of partially dried laundry, which was disappointing. Other than that, there were no issues.

    Affordable and Comfortable

    The pricing was very reasonable amidst the unnecessary price surges for inbound travelers. The Room was not small, and my spouse and I had no issues during our stay. Although we had no choice but to stay in a smoking Room, as non-smoking options were unavailable, it would be great if thorough deodorization could be ensured since many people dislike tobacco. We managed by deodorizing the Room immediately upon entering. I would consider staying here again if given the opportunity.

    A Hidden Gem Hotel

    The room was spacious, the TV was large, and the lighting was bright, making it feel as comfortable as being at home. I didn't use the bath since I went to a nearby Onsen, but it looked spacious. This time I used a rental car to get there, but it's a bit inconvenient without a car due to its location. The parking lot is flat, so even someone like me who isn't good at parking had no issues. The breakfast was free yet offered a wide variety of options. Since this Hotel has locations in other areas as well, I'd like to stay at one of their other properties in the future.

    Used after a long time

    There was a time when I stayed for 5 nights during Golden Week and summer vacations, but since the "No Cleaning for Multiple Night Stay" policy started, I now only stay for one night. I thought it was a good Hotel with various efforts like free breakfast, but my top priority in choosing a Hotel is "safety and security." Unfortunately, the "no cleaning" policy does not meet my sanitary standards. Therefore, I only use this Hotel for single-night stays. The hospitality of the breakfast team is outstanding (this has been true for over 10 years), even more so than that of the front desk staff.

    Cleaning service is available even during a Multiple Night Stay.

    Cleaning is not provided during the stay, but as I have long hair, the bathroom drain became clogged on the second day, causing poor drainage. It would be appreciated if cleaning could be arranged when necessary. Thank you for your consideration.

    I used the service for the first time in about two months, and once again, I was able to stay without any complaints. If I had to say something, there was a black stain on the upper wall above the light in the unit bath. I don't think it would be visible to shorter people, so I'm not concerned about it... I will use it again.
