  Bathroom handrail

  The bathroom is clean and perfectly fine, but there are no grab bars anywhere. It feels unsafe. I think this is a major drawback these days.

  It was great.

  Excellent location near the station with great convenience. As expected, the Room was spotless and beautiful. The pillow was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

As the name suggests, our accommodation is located just a 1-minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, and Ueno Park is right in front of us. Ueno Park features Shinobazu Pond, famous for its lotus flowers, and from our lake view rooms, you can enjoy breathtaking natural scenery that feels far removed from the city.   Elevator maintenance may cause a 20-minute delay.

  I stayed on 5/28, but one of the two elevators in the hotel was under maintenance, and it took over 20 minutes to get from the 9th floor to the 1st floor. The stairs were located outside the emergency exit, and it was unclear if they could be used outside of emergencies. Considering this happened around 5 PM, a peak time for guests using elevators, and that hotel staff were transporting large luggage (a big fabric bag filling up the elevator floor), I believe there should have been a warning at check-in. Additionally, the front desk staff were very curt, which might suit those who prefer minimal interaction.

  Close to the station

  The location is excellent, no complaints. However, the water pressure of the faucet cannot be adjusted and always flows strongly, so even though the bathroom is small, it doesn't feel very economical. A humidifier would have been appreciated.

  Stability

  All APA Hotels offer similar facilities and services, providing a sense of stability. However, it was disappointing to find hair left on the bathroom wall and the cleaning not thoroughly done. The response from the front desk staff was good.
