    Due to a flight dela...

    Due to a flight delay, I couldn’t get home and made a Reservation in a hurry, so I accidentally booked a smoking Room. After check-in, I noticed the smell as soon as I got off the elevator and spoke with the front desk. They kindly accommodated my request and promptly prepared a non-smoking Room for me. Thank you very much.

    Pros

    Pros - Very close to Chiba Station Cons - The air conditioner did not work for two hours. - The refrigerator was not usable right away. - I booked a Plan with a separate bath and toilet, but it was a unit bath. This stay was helpful because I had to leave early from Chiba Station. However, with the extreme summer heat, I would hesitate to stay again unless there were special circumstances.

    Adjacent to Chiba Station

    This was my first stay here for business. It is adjacent to the Chiba Station West Exit ticket gates, so you can get there without getting wet in the rain. It was a quiet and comfortable Hotel. There were multiple power outlets both around the desk and by the bedside, making it easy to spread out a laptop and get some work done for a while. Breakfast is fairly standard, but perhaps by chance it wasn’t crowded, so I could sit down smoothly and eat without hassle, which I appreciated.

    About the Room

    I reserved a non-smoking room, but I noticed an odor as soon as I entered. It was disappointing, especially since my previous stay was excellent. The slippers were very thin. I often travel to Chiba for business trips, but I might not choose this place next time.

    Close to the station, check-in available until 2:00 AM.

    I made a reservation urgently as I couldn't return home due to a flight delay. It was helpful that check-in was available until 2:00 AM. Basic room facilities (refrigerator, electric kettle) are provided, but amenities need to be picked up at the front desk and are not placed in the room. The TV seemed old as it responded slowly when switching channels. There were some hairs and trash around the bathroom and toilet area, so the cleaning wasn't perfect. The soundproofing is good as I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms. If you're staying for more than just sleeping, it's better to buy food and drinks before checking in so you can relax in your room comfortably. The room's smell and towels were fresh without any damp odor, which was nice.

    The Japanese-style room was excellent.

    The check-in process took a bit of time. Being directly connected to the station and having a Japanese-style room allowed me to relax comfortably after activities in an unfamiliar area on a hot day. I also appreciated the self-request cleaning system as it aligns with SDG principles. I would not only use this place again myself but also recommend it to my friends.

    Comfortable Hotel

    It was a comfortable Hotel. Directly connected to JR Chiba Station, it was reassuring even when arriving on the last train. When I noticed I didn’t have a breakfast ticket and asked the staff, they responded very politely. Breakfast starting from 6:30 AM was also very convenient. Thank you very much.

    If you don't mind uncleanliness or poor service

    The location is good, so I have stayed here many times, but I noticed that the duvet cover was not changed after the previous guest. This is because there are wrinkles, creases, and stains. The sheet that touches the skin is newly replaced, so I tolerated it. This time, there was an obvious blood-like stain on the duvet cover, which was too unsanitary, so I asked the front desk to check. They took a photo as documentation and said they would change the room because they thought it was blood. The main issue is the level of cleaning where there is clearly a blood-like stain, and the hotel's stance. The curtains in the newly changed room also had many dirty stains. Additionally, I did not feel any awareness from the front desk staff that they were causing inconvenience to the guests and dealing with the trouble, which makes them seem below third-rate. It seems there is no education on the awareness of causing inconvenience and trouble to guests due to the hotel's mistakes. I had reservations for this hotel on other dates, but I changed to another hotel. I will refrain from staying here in the future.

    It was my first visi...

    It was my first visit, and I used the property. Directly connected from the station, I was able to check in without getting wet in the rain. The breakfast was very good in terms of variety and taste. Also, I was satisfied with the Chinese dishes [Ebi Chili, Mapo Tofu]. The shower pressure was strong enough to be in the top 3 of the hotels I have stayed at, with a massage effect. The bed was also comfortable. I would like to use it again.

    Directly connected to the station, convenient

    It was convenient as it was right near the west exit of Chiba Station. The Room was clean and the view from the desk was open, allowing for pleasant work.

    The station hotel is the best

    The hotel is right outside the ticket gate, offering excellent access. If the shower head were larger, it would be perfect. Room size and quietness are impeccable. I would like to use it again.
