  The Facility isn’t particularly new, but it’s good value for the price and I had no major complaints. I didn’t realize the area was an entertainment district, so if you go without knowing, be aware there are many touts. The bed was comfortable—not too firm and not too soft.

  Excellent value for money

  While prices at nearby facilities keep rising, this is a great ally for working professionals!! I will definitely use it again.

  Great location and affordable.

  I stayed for 2 nights and had a very comfortable experience. The building feels like an old Business Hotel, but it is well-cleaned, and the internet connection was excellent. The front desk is generally unmanned, but if you ring the bell, someone will come out and kindly assist with your needs. The Hotel is located in a bustling area similar to Kabukicho in Tokyo, so there are some persistent solicitors; however, this also means it’s in a very convenient location. For this location and Room quality, the price was incredibly reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied.

  Anyway, the attractive points are its good location and affordability.

  The check-in process is self-service, which may reduce the star rating, but it is a clean and nice Hotel. It's a pity that the previously available free light breakfast is no longer offered.
