    Excellent value for money

    My flight was delayed and I ended up checking in after midnight, but your help made a huge difference—thank you. (I honestly wasn’t expecting much,) but the breakfast was incredibly generous and gave me a great start to the day. Access from the airport isn’t particularly convenient, but it’s close to the downtown area, so I think it’s a good option for sightseeing. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    Because we always arrive in Okinawa late, we use this Accommodation every time for an overnight stay before our trip. It is spacious enough for a family of four, conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby, and has parking, which is very helpful.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for three nights during a typhoon. I didn’t go out much besides my planned destinations, and there were days I didn’t even walk to the convenience store, but with breakfast included and an izakaya on-site, I had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The Facility isn’t new, but it’s well cleaned and more than adequate. The breakfast selection isn’t huge, but the simmered dishes and chanpuru were delicious—also more than enough. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked some fresh fruit… The staff were friendly, it’s close to Kokusai-dori, and it was honestly hard to find anything to complain about—this Accommodation suited me perfectly. Thanks to that, I was able to relax. Thank you very much!

    A simple yet comfortable hotel for your stay.

    I stayed for two nights using a three-day weekend for a workation. The Hotel is located on the outskirts of Matsuyama's downtown area, making it quiet. The room is simple like a Business Hotel but equipped with all necessities, ensuring a comfortable stay. There is an izakaya inside the Hotel, so you can dine there if needed. Although it's a walk from the Yui Rail station, the affordable price and comfort make it my go-to choice every time. I think it's great value for money and would love to stay again. Thank you!

    A quiet Hotel located slightly away from the bustling downtown area.

    Stayed for two nights for a workation. The location is slightly away from the center of Matsuyama and also distant from Kokusai Street, making the surroundings quiet. The Hotel itself is nothing extraordinary, but the staff are friendly and provide good service. Breakfast is average, neither particularly good nor bad. As I used it for a workation, I was able to work efficiently. Great value for money, and I would like to use it again in the future.

    This was my first stay, and I stayed for two nights. I was very satisfied with the great cost performance. The location is convenient both from the airport and for getting around, with many convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were polite and very pleasant. The Room was quiet, allowing me to rest well, but it was a bit disappointing that the toilet did not flush properly.

    I stay here once a month. The coffee in front of the reception is no longer available, but the toothbrush, which was hard before, has been upgraded to a softer one this time! There is also a FamilyMart nearby, and it’s easy to catch a taxi to the airport from this convenient location.

    Great value for the price!

    We stayed here during our Okinawa trip with two families. We arrived a day earlier and were accommodated here. The location was perfect after renting a car at the airport. There is a handmade bakery within walking distance, making morning strolls enjoyable.

    There is a reason why it is affordable despite its great location.

    The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to all the planned destinations for our 3-night, 4-day stay, so traffic congestion was not an issue! However, the facility and equipment were outdated (though minor repairs have been made), and the overall appearance was poor. The creaky bed and disappointing unit bath/toilet were major letdowns. Considering the low price, it’s understandable, but the room we stayed in was directly in front of the coin laundry, vending machines, and ice maker corner. Noise from people passing by at night and vending machine sounds made noise-canceling earphones essential. There was no view at all; windows had smoke film applied so nothing could be seen outside, plus they barely opened. This hotel requires a certain level of compromise to stay at.

    Located in the bustling area of Matsuyama, yet the surroundings of the Hotel are quiet. I visit Okinawa about four times a year, and recently I always choose this Hotel for solo stays. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but everything else is sufficient and satisfactory. The breakfast is also good.

    Located away from Kokusai Street and the center of Matsuyama, it was quiet and peaceful. The Room was spacious enough, and the staff's service was satisfactory. Breakfast offered a decent variety of options with no particular issues. With an 11:00 AM checkout time, there was no need to rush in the morning, making for a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

    Delicious Breakfast

    I had a very affordable stay. The building seems old, but it was very clean and well-maintained. I passed by the cleaning staff in the morning, and they were all very pleasant. I was looking forward to breakfast after reading reviews, and it was carefully prepared and truly delicious. Considering the price for such a stay with a great breakfast, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    It may not have the luxury of a high-end Hotel, excessive politeness, or more amenities than necessary, and it doesn't score a perfect 5 in every aspect, but with excellent access and cost performance, it is a highly recommended Hotel for business trips.

    The address is "Matsuyama," but it is in a relatively quiet environment, perfect for sleeping, having breakfast, and departing without any complaints. This time, I stayed on the 5th floor and was happy to see a little bit of the ocean. Have the breakfast drink options decreased compared to last year...?

    Overall, personally satisfactory.

    We stayed for 3 nights. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Miebashi Station to the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel to Kokusai Street. The guest rooms are orthodox with a unit bath. The room key was not a card type, but a type that lights up when you insert a long thin stick attached to the key. Personally, I recommend the 2nd floor. There is a washing machine, dryer, beverage vending machine, ice maker, and microwave in one corner of the floor, which I utilized. There are convenience stores and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. If cleaning is not required during a Multiple Night Stay, towels, pajamas, and toothbrushes were placed in a bag and hung on the doorknob, which was helpful. Overall, it is quite old, but it was very good.

    I used it for a quick trip to Okinawa. Since I arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, it was a short stay, but I was very satisfied. The staff were polite and friendly. Since it was a Room on the 9th floor, the highest floor, it was quiet. It was clean and satisfying! Meals could be taken at the restaurant from 6:30, and they were delicious and very satisfying. I think it would be even better if the number of menu items increased a little more. I was very satisfied, so I think I will use it again! Thank you very much!

    A comfortable and cost-effective Hotel

    Stayed for one night. Although it is a Business Hotel, the front desk service was excellent and comfortable. I arrived before check-in time, so I left a piggy and went out to the city. When I returned in the evening, I was surprised to find that they had already prepared the Room for me. The key is an old type, so you need to leave it at the front desk when going out, but the retrieval was smooth, and I didn't feel any inconvenience. The breakfast, where you can enjoy homely Okinawan cuisine, was delicious. If you take the wrong path in the entertainment district, you might think, "Oops," but there are many delicious restaurants around, Naminoue Beach is nearby, and access from the airport is good if you use the bus. It was a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when I go to Naha for work or semi-work.

    Feel free to use it anytime

    I wonder how many times I've stayed here. The location might require a taxi to get to Kokusai Street, but it's close enough to the airport that you can get there by taxi for around 1500 yen. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat. The reasons I often use this property are that it's close to the airport, the building is solid, and while the breakfast isn't luxurious, it feels like a good deal for the price. I will use it again.

    I stayed for three nights alone and had a very comfortable stay. What I particularly liked was: - The bedroom was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep - The breakfast was well-balanced and tasty, and I didn't get tired of it even after three days - Being on a high floor, the view of the sea from the window was refreshing for work One concern, which may vary by room, was that there were only two power outlets available for free use, and they were located a bit away from the table. I was slightly confused right after check-in, so it would be helpful if extension items were available for rent. In any case, the comfort exceeded my expectations, and if I come to Okinawa again, I would like to stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you very much.

    Very good value for money.

    I used a twin room alone for three consecutive nights to meet an old friend. I chose this place because it was cheap, but the staff's response was polite, it was within walking distance from the downtown area, there was a large table suitable for work, and the room was not new but had a clean feel, making it a hotel that covered the basics. The breakfast felt like homemade side dishes made by an aunt, and while there was nothing surprising, everything had a careful taste. As long as you don't have excessive expectations, it's a very satisfying and recommendable hotel. By the way, there is a friendly tortoiseshell cat in the nearby Matsuyama Park, and it came up to me while I was taking a walk.
