    Too cramped. Unlike a capsule hotel, I don’t think it’s enough if you can only sleep there.

    Very bad odor and not clean.

    Although I requested a non-smoking Room, it smelled like cigarette odor had been masked with ozone or chlorine, like in a rental car. When I asked the front desk, they changed my Room right away, but there was loud thumping music from the live music venue downstairs. I think it was worth what I paid.

    A standard business hotel.

    It was a typical business hotel. It seems the Moriva Coffee on the first floor will be closing, but it was a very comfortable place to relax.

    The sink is narrow, and the faucet is fixed, making it difficult to wash your face. There was no clear way to dehumidify the room, resulting in condensation on the walls.

    Unfortunately.

    I always use IKYU. I trust it very much as I have often experienced Room upgrades. I used it again this time, but I was very disappointed with Hotel Mystays. There is absolutely no fault on IKYU's part. First, as soon as I entered the Room, there was a fly flying around. I've stayed at various Hotels before, but this is the first time I've encountered a fly in the Room. Of course, there was no insecticide available to deal with it, and since I had to leave for a live event, I asked the front desk for help. They assured me they would take care of it responsibly; however, when I returned to my Room later, the fly was still there. If they couldn't handle it properly, they should have informed me or offered to change my Room. Even though it was late at night, I requested insecticide from the front desk again. They brought some over but did not offer any sincere apology or seem concerned about having a fly in the Room. There were no suggestions like changing Rooms or offering any form of compensation; all they did was hand over the spray without much thought. There were no proposals such as reducing the cost of my stay either. I will never use this Hotel again. Honestly speaking—I want a refund for my stay!

    It was great!

    I booked a 2-night, 3-day stay at a relatively affordable price, so I expected a modest Room. However, the bed was spacious, and the amenities were well-equipped! The reception staff were very kind and provided excellent service. The shower room was a bit small, and there was an unavoidable gap in the door that caused some water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, I was satisfied. Thank you!

    I want to come back! But...

    It was humid during the seasonal transition (May), so I turned on the air conditioner automatically, but it smelled bad... (tears). After that, I used the provided air purifier and switched to cooling mode, and the smell seemed to disappear in about 2 hours, but it was tough. Since I used cooling mode, it might have worked out better mechanically, but thinking about using heating during colder seasons makes me quite anxious. The Room was a square type with space at the foot of the bed, which was very nice. The bed can be moved and joined together if needed. This is helpful since my child tends to move around a lot while sleeping. When I checked into the Room and looked around, my first thought was definitely to come back again! But unfortunately, the smell from the air conditioner left me disappointed. There are plenty of outlets available—by each bedside and next to the sofa as well. The provided multi-charging cable is also convenient. Since trips often mean late nights out, having a location close to a station with a convenience store on the first floor was incredibly handy. Plus, there are nationwide chain stores and drugstores near the station for peace of mind in case anything comes up. During our stay, we went to Disneyland with tickets starting at 3 PM. We returned without watching just "Reach" at closing time; trains weren’t crowded at all—it was very comfortable. Previously I thought staying near Disneyland would be necessary for such trips—but this Hotel proved otherwise! I’d love to stay again—please address measures for dealing with air conditioner odors!

    I couldn’t sleep because of the air conditioning and drainage noise, and ended up staying awake until morning…

    The location is excellent and it is clean.

    I used this hotel because there was an idol event within walking distance. I only needed to stay for one night, so I booked knowing the room was small, but at first, I was torn between a nearby hotel with slightly larger rooms in the same price range. In the end, choosing this one was the right decision. It's close to the station and easy to find even for those who are directionally challenged, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and if you walk a little from the hotel, there are restaurants and drugstores available. It's perfect for those who have business in Gotanda and prioritize convenience above all else. The bathroom only has a shower with no bathtub, but both the water area and entire room were properly cleaned and hygienic, so I had no particular complaints. Considering it's in a convenient location within Tokyo and that I made my reservation about a week before using it, I was satisfied even though it was small. Thank you very much.

    Ideal for transportation, close to the station.

    We stayed for a multiple night stay of three nights and four days with children. Using the hotel as a base, we visited various places such as Ueno, Asakusa, Harajuku, and TDL. The convenient access to the station made it easy to travel anywhere, making it a time-efficient and meaningful trip. The cleaning was thorough, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also appreciated when traveling with children. We would like to use it again.

    I had to cancel and rebook the day before, but the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and her smile was wonderful. I had a meeting in Gotanda, and the location was excellent as it was right in front of the station. There was a convenience store on the first floor, so I was able to stay comfortably even when returning late. It was a busy day at the end of the year, but luckily a room became available, and I was able to switch to a smoking room. I will definitely check here first whenever I have business in Gotanda.

    Since it was a Standard Semi-Double, there was no feeling of pressure in the Room or on the bed, and it was clean and comfortable.

    Is it clean...?

    I think it falls into the affordable category compared to its good location, but I had great doubts about its cleanliness. It was very disappointing because the smiles and good service from the front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful. The ventilation fan in the room was covered in dust, mold was noticeable in the bathroom, and the damp smell of towels and pillows was overwhelming. The hallway was old, dark, and noticeably dusty and dirty, and I regretted choosing this property as a place to stay from the moment I got off the elevator after check-in until I entered the guest room. The WiFi was almost non-existent, so I couldn't work. The breakfast was undoubtedly a poor menu that did not match the price and content, which I also regretted. I probably won't stay here again.
