    Having a separate bath and toilet is much appreciated.

    It was great that the Room’s bathroom and toilet were separate. The best part was being able to fill the tub and relax in a bath after work. Breakfast included Okinawan dishes and had a good variety, but the dessert selection felt limited. That said, the Blue Seal ice cream was good.

    Breakfast Featuring Okinawan Cuisine

    I stayed for three nights on a breakfast-included Plan, and I enjoyed it without getting bored because the selection of Okinawan dishes on the buffet changed each day. It was also great that I could try unfamiliar ingredients in small portions, so when I found something I liked, I could order it at other restaurants as well. They even had Blue Seal ice cream, and drinks like hibiscus and shikuwasa flavors, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. For eco-friendly reasons, room cleaning is not done every day, but they replaced towels and pajamas and emptied the trash daily, which was more than enough. Although the hotel faces Kokusai-dori Street, it wasn’t too noisy. The location was very convenient, so I’m happy I chose to stay here.

    Hotels with separate bath and toilet are rare and valuable.

    To the best of my knowledge, there are very few Hotels in Naha with separate bath and toilet—Harborview may be one of the only ones. Personally, I don’t like unit baths where the toilet is right next to the tub and there’s no separate washing area. This Hotel has a separate bath and toilet, and the washing area is spacious enough. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, which is slightly inconvenient, but the location is excellent so it’s not an issue. The staff were polite and attentive without being overbearing, which I appreciated. I strongly felt that I would like to stay here again.

    This Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and easy to use!

    I stay here often. It’s conveniently located on Kokusai-dori, very clean, and the food is delicious. This time, because the typhoon left us with nowhere to go sightseeing, we were able to check in early. We could shop and dine along Kokusai-dori and enjoy our trip at a relaxed pace. When I made my Reservation through IKYU, all non-smoking Rooms were fully booked. Even after requesting one from the Hotel, I was told there was no availability that day. However, when I checked IKYU again the next day, a non-smoking Room had opened up, so I was able to cancel my original Reservation and rebook a non-smoking Room—very lucky. Breakfast is always excellent with a wide variety of options, so I’m always satisfied. I will stay here again when I visit Okinawa.

    Reducing morning elevator congestion

    There are only two elevators, and on the lower floors it was hard to get on—I had to let four go by. There was no sign for the stairs; I wonder if there was one somewhere. The Room was spacious and comfortable.

    This was a repeat visit.

    I stayed here last year and had a very comfortable experience, so I chose to return this year. Everyone—the front desk staff, floor staff, and restaurant staff—was pleasant and welcoming. The bathroom has a washing area, and the bathtub is spacious, so you can relax and unwind. Because it faces Kokusai-dori Street, you can quickly go out to buy souvenirs if you forget anything. It also offers convenient access to the Yui Rail and buses, and I would like to stay here again in the future.

    We stayed here as a ...

    We stayed here as a family this time. The Hollywood twin beds and the separate bath and toilet were very helpful. However, we were concerned about mold in the bathroom. When we rinsed the bathroom door with the shower, mold peeled off and kept coming out. That was the only issue we noticed. The room itself was very clean, so it was disappointing.

    Convenient for sightseeing

    Located along Kokusai-dori and close to the station, it was a convenient base for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and meals.

    Excellent value for money in this location.

    I chose this Hotel because I was looking for one along Kokusai-dori. For this location, the price offers excellent value for money. The staff were kind, and everything felt clean overall, so I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better with a large public bath, but the in-room bathtub is fairly spacious, so it was fine.

    Quieter than I expected.

    Right in the middle of Kokusai-dori, it was very convenient, yet the Room was quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed dinner and shopping at night. The Room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, so we were able to fully relax and sleep well. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful Hotel that exceeded expectations.

    I stayed at this accommodation for a one-night solo trip to Naha, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, and the bathtub was comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was truly delicious. If I have the chance to visit Naha again for a family trip or other occasions, I would love to stay here again.

    Mother's 88th Birthday Celebration

    We visited as sisters with our 88-year-old mother. The breakfast was delicious, every dish was enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having separate toilet and bathroom was a plus. We had a comfortable family trip.

    A reliable and comfortable Hotel.

    A convenient and comfortable accommodation! Located near Yui Rail Kencho Station and facing Kokusai Street, it's lively and convenient. Next door is "Shioya," where you can buy delicious salt and enjoy tasty ice cream. Check-in is done via a machine, but the front desk staff assists, so it's reassuring. During my first stay in spring, I received a breakfast voucher and an ice cream discount coupon from Shioya by registering as a Fujita Kanko member. This time, I only earned points. Amenities like drip coffee, green tea, cleansing products, face wash, lotion, emulsion, and hair milk are available near the elevator for guests to take as needed. This time I stayed in a twin room. There are both faux leather slippers and disposable paper slippers available. The bathroom is spacious for relaxing baths. The smart TV allows access to YouTube and other apps—very convenient! Even without using the door plate for instructions during cleaning hours: if you're in the room, they hang a bag with towels and two bottles of water on your door; if you're out of the room during cleaning hours, they set it inside along with bed-making services provided efficiently by friendly housekeeping staff who greet you warmly. I used the microwave for the first time but noticed that its turntable wasn't functioning properly—it made strange noises which felt concerning—and its interior space was quite limited; perhaps replacing it with a newer model would be better. The room's soundproofing seemed excellent as it was very quiet despite being on bustling Kokusai Street—a great location with plenty of souvenir shops & dining options nearby! A reliable hotel where you can stay comfortably!

    A Satisfying Stay

    The stay was for business purposes, and the location was conveniently close to my destination with excellent access. It happened to be during a festival period, so I enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The breakfast featured Okinawan-inspired dishes, which were delicious.

    Excellent service

    The front desk staff, morning venue staff, and cleaning staff were all very attentive, making our stay pleasant. We traveled with a baby, and they were accommodating and quick to assist us, which was very helpful. The bathroom had a spacious washing area with no feeling of tightness. The Room was also clean. The location is convenient as it is in the middle of Kokusai Street. This is a Hotel I would definitely use again when visiting Okinawa and highly recommend to others.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I made the Reservation because it seemed to have good access for exploring Naha city. The Room's interior, amenities, bed comfort, breakfast buffet quality, and staff service were all excellent. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance. (The shower water pressure was a bit weak, but still within an acceptable range!)

    A 4-day, 3-night tri...

    A 4-day, 3-night trip (1 night at Gracery). I change the Hotel location every time. Very convenient location near the prefectural office station. The Room was lovely, and having a separate vanity and bathroom was great. The Room also had an ironing board and iron, which was very convenient. The food was delicious, and I would love to stay here again next time.

    Had a comfortable stay!

    It took less than 10 minutes to arrive from Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail, even with a suitcase. Check-in was done smoothly using the self-check-in machine, with assistance from the front desk staff. The Room was especially comfortable, featuring a spacious and clean bathroom with both a bathtub and washing area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. The breakfast restaurant offered a modest selection but was just right for enjoying Okinawan cuisine in the morning. The staff's greetings and their attentiveness when serving freshly prepared dishes were excellent. With its great location and cost performance, I would love to stay here again!

    Suitable for sightseeing only.

    The highlight would be the breakfast variety. I stayed for three nights, and the menu changed every morning, allowing me to enjoy a wide range of options. Additionally, I reserved a room with a ReFa showerhead, which was excellent. At home, I use Mirable or Soryu Water showerheads, but it was great to have a high-quality showerhead even while traveling. The only downside might be the compact size of the room. There was no writing desk or equivalent table, so I had to rent a coworking space for work purposes. While the breakfast venue can be used as a lounge during the day—a very nice service—it lacks power outlets, making it necessary to go out for extended work sessions. However, if you're considering this Hotel purely for leisure purposes, it's highly convenient and enjoyable!

    Located on Kokusai S...

    Located on Kokusai Street, this hotel is convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is delicious no matter what you eat, and I enjoyed it without getting tired even after a 3-night stay.

    Dissatisfied with cleaning

    The location is on Kokusai Street, which I think is good for young people. I went by rental car, but couldn't find the entrance, and the back entrance was difficult to access by car, so I had to park nearby and carry my luggage, which was inconvenient. Room cleaning needs improvement. Dust had accumulated on the edges of the floor, which hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom had a gritty soap scum, so I cleaned it myself. Because of this condition, I was too scared to use other items like cups, and I will not be repeating my stay. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward to it, as the same Hotel in Taiwan was comfortable.

    Many of the guests were from overseas in Asia, but the staff's response was excellent. I added breakfast for one day, but it wasn't as good as I expected, just so-so. The room wasn't spacious, but it was clean and I was satisfied.

    Hmm...

    I was looking for a hotel around Naha where I could stay for one night without meals before my flight. I chose this hotel because it was cheaper and had a nicer exterior and more stars compared to Hotel Collective in the area, but I was a bit disappointed. Firstly, the renovations were only partial, such as the plumbing and exterior, so the carpet in the hotel room felt very old and worn, to the point where I hesitated to step on it barefoot due to its color and appearance. (Of course, there are slippers available, and I used them, but the appearance was quite off-putting.) Another thing that bothered me was the strong smell of tobacco throughout the hotel. Perhaps because there is a smoking area at the hotel entrance, the smell of tobacco was overwhelming. I also felt a faint smell of tobacco in the corridors, which was tough for me as a non-smoker every time I entered or exited the hotel. Since I was staying with a small child, these two points were concerning. The hotel offers a selection of amenities and uses recycled umbrellas to address environmental issues, so the hotel itself did not feel sophisticated. If you are looking for a sophisticated atmosphere and cleanliness in the room, I recommend Hotel Collective nearby.
