    Great for families with children!

    Unfortunately, it rained on our travel day. Our child was looking forward to the pool, but we couldn’t use it. The female front desk staff kindly shared various information, which was very helpful. There was a free late-night snack service, and we went to the venue a little earlier than the serving time, but about 20 people were already lined up, and some had already finished eating. We went for breakfast before 9:00, but popular items such as sashimi, gurukun tempura, and soup were empty. When I asked a staff member, I was told they had run out, which made me very sad. Many guests seemed to be overseas families with children; this Hotel feels more suited for kids to enjoy rather than adults.

    My grandchild had a great time!

    The front desk staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and even our 2-year-old was all smiles! We quickly went to grab some snacks. The diaper service was a pleasant surprise for moms, and we headed to our room. The Japanese-style room was spacious and had a great sense of openness. We also appreciated the thoughtful arrangement of having the grandparents' room nearby. A bit disappointing was the lounge, where Okinawa soba ran out, so we couldn't enjoy it as a late-night snack as we had hoped. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM, but since it was still dark in Okinawa at that time, dining at a two-person table near a pillar felt dimly lit. However, the food itself was excellent. It would have been nice if there were tools provided to clear out pulp when making fresh juice yourself since it tended to clog up. As mentioned in other reviews, this hotel is very child-friendly and highly recommended for families!

    Comfortable Japanese-style Room

    We took the last flight the day before heading to Kouri Island and arrived close to midnight for a one-night stay. The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable. The range of services provided at this accommodation for the price was excellent. Choosing your own pillow, selecting shampoo and conditioner, treats for children during Halloween—such thoughtful gestures were delightful. It’s an accommodation we’d love to stay at again.
