    It is a clean Hotel.

    The entire Hotel, including the room, was very clean and comfortable to stay in. I was also surprised at how quickly the Panasonic hair dryer dried my hair.

    The Hotel was crowded during Golden Week, but it’s very comfortable!

    Despite the Golden Week rush, the staff were courteous and attentive. I felt that with a bit more thought put into the buffet layout, it could be arranged to create a smoother flow so guests wouldn’t have to go back and forth.

    Convenient, clean, and easy to use.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store nearby and various bus stops right in front. The Room was very clean, compact, and easy to use. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I enjoyed plenty of it. Checkout was easy and stress-free. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Voices in the hallway may be heard.

    Voices in the hallway could be heard in the Room. Also, noise from outside and sounds from the neighboring Room could be heard. The shower water pressure was good. There are restaurants near the Hotel, so finding a place to eat is not a problem.

    Consistently dominant, like a yokozuna.

    This is my second visit to Tokushima City, and I feel like I stayed here last time as well. After arriving at Tokushima Station by a regular city bus (cheaper than the nonstop airport limousine bus), the Hotel is located on the “left side” of the station area when viewed from Tokushima Station—something like Sakyo Ward in Kyoto’s old city layout. There’s a convenience store on the first floor that connects directly from inside, and check-in is done on the third floor via elevator. Using the semi-self check-in machine, we received our Room key without any issues and headed up to the assigned 9th floor. The Room, just like last time, faced down toward the station-front bus terminal, with views of Amco (the commercial building) and JR Tokushima Station. While there’s a bit of age to it, the Room has a modern, refined design. That said, having the closet tucked all the way at the back makes it slightly inconvenient to use because it interferes with the sofa. The large-screen TV is set at an easy-to-watch angle from bed. The separate three-piece bathroom setup is comfortable and may be this property’s biggest highlight. The queen-size bed was extremely comfortable—my wife raved about how well-rested she felt. The next morning while brushing my teeth, I noticed—just like during our stay at this brand’s Matsuyama location last year—that my voice echoes in the sink drain. So naturally I started singing first thing in the morning (lol). After happily getting through a few songs, we had breakfast in the dedicated venue on the second floor. If you book No Meals Included, breakfast can be added for 1,600 yen; it’s a generous buffet with plenty of options including local specialties such as Tokushima-don rice bowls, fish katsu cutlets, and Naruto wakame seaweed. Even though we ate an enormous dinner last night, my wife woke up starving again and was delighted as she filled her plate. There weren’t many inbound travelers; most guests were families—but it felt like a lineup that would satisfy anyone. After checkout they also held our luggage for us until just before our airport bus departure time, so we could keep sightseeing right up to the last minute—making this an ideal Accommodation for this trip as well.

    A wonderful Business Hotel.

    Very convenient location near the station. The bath and toilet are separate, allowing for a relaxing bath time. There is a large parking lot nearby, so arriving by car is no problem. The breakfast is top-notch for a Business Hotel. Overall, the building and rooms are new, providing a comfortable stay. However, the partnered parking lot of this Hotel can be difficult to locate, which is the only downside.

    Beautifully refined.

    Chosen for its excellent location near the station. A clean and fresh hotel as it is newly built. It was quiet on the day with few foreign guests. Not very suitable for motorcycle accommodation. Would have been five stars if parking was fully equipped. Still, I would love to stay again!

    The view from the window was not good.

    Upon arrival, we opened the window on the 7th floor expecting a nice view, but what we saw was the wall of a multi-story parking lot and the window of the neighboring room. There was no view to enjoy, only a small patch of sky visible far above, so we quickly closed the window. Perhaps this is why this room is slightly cheaper and easier to reserve. However, my spouse, who had been looking forward to enjoying the view, was quite disappointed. It would have been helpful if we were informed about the lack of a good view during the reservation process. Was it mentioned somewhere? Other than that, it was a good Room in a nice Hotel.

    Conveniently located in front of Tokushima Station.

    Checked in at the counter due to parking usage. Filled out the accommodation register. The receipt and breakfast ticket were issued through the check-in machine as instructed. However, the receipt printed had a completely unknown man's name on it. When I asked at the counter, they said it was a registration error. Despite making an online reservation and filling out an accommodation register at the counter, there was still a registration mistake? If it were a similar name, I could understand it as a typo, but this was someone entirely different. Where are they looking when entering information? It made me feel like they weren't properly checking things. I’m too scared to stay here again.

    Close to the station.

    I stayed on August 15. The hotel was conveniently located near the station and very clean. The female staff at the front desk were all wearing yukatas, as it was during the Awa Odori festival. However, despite having guests in front of them, the female staff at the front desk were complimenting each other's yukatas, saying "so cute." While it's nice to compliment each other, I believe they should refrain from doing so in front of guests.

    I had a very relaxing stay.

    This is my second stay, and the Hotel's location is excellent with restaurants nearby and a convenience store attached. The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax thoroughly. I would love to stay here again.

    A Business Hotel with a Slightly Spacious Bath

    I chose this place for its cleanliness and spacious bathroom as I was traveling with children. The Room was smaller than I had imagined, but the staff were very kind.

    The Room and the bath are excellent.

    I had to stay in Tokushima unexpectedly for the first time and was worried as I booked the day before, but it was close to the station and next to a convenience store. The location was very convenient, and I had a comfortable stay.

    It is very convenien...

    It is very convenient as it is located right after getting off at Tokushima Station by limousine bus from the airport. There is a convenience store under the Hotel, and there are many restaurants, which is nice. The Room is not particularly different from other hotels, but I thought the bathroom was spacious. The price is reasonable, including breakfast.

    New and clean

    The room was clean and comfortable. The downside was that since I came by car, the distance to the parking lot was a bit far, and since I brought a suitcase, I couldn't park the car at the hotel, making unloading inconvenient. It is close to Tokushima Station, and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is convenient. The coin laundry on the 5th floor included detergent, which was nice. The room faced the rotary, and at night, I could hear the noise from the station front, so I slept with earplugs.
