    I’ll definitely stay here again!

    The location, the view from the Room, the front desk service, the Room atmosphere, the bath Facility, and having both a washing machine and an ice maker—everything was excellent. We especially appreciate that you kindly added an extra bed for us. If we have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    I stay here every time.

    I stay here every time when transferring to the remote islands. The location is great, the value for money is excellent, and I’m always very satisfied. I’ll definitely stay again.

    Highly recommended.

    This Accommodation offered excellent value for the price. The view from the window was wonderful, and it is conveniently located with easy access to the bus terminal, the remote island ferry terminal, and central Ishigaki Island. Recommended as a great base for sightseeing.

    The worst

    Located near the city center and the remote island terminal, I made a 3-night reservation through IKYU. However, the room had a musty smell, I could hear the sound of plumbing from other rooms' toilets, there was mold in the bathtub, and worst of all, part of the bathroom ceiling was peeling off with gaps visible. I endured one night but moved to another hotel for the remaining two nights. I never want to use this accommodation again! Please refund me for the two nights I did not stay.

    Convenient for using the remote island terminal

    The room had a balcony with a great view of the remote island terminal and was very comfortable. The weather was nice, allowing us to enjoy the sunset. While the facility felt old, it was convenient and satisfactory. There was only one elevator, which caused some delays. Breakfast included Okinawan dishes and was delicious. I would stay here again when using the remote island terminal.

    Noise may be a concern.

    I understood that the Universal Room was not by the seaside, but there was a constant loud noise inside the room. Being on the second floor, I couldn't tell if it was from an outdoor unit or a boiler, but during sleep, it was louder than the air conditioner and felt like having a refrigerator nearby, making it hard to fall asleep. During the day, it bothered me slightly; however, since it was during Obon season and I returned to the Hotel after front desk hours late at night, I had no choice but to endure. I am not sure about other floors, but in my hallway, electrical appliances and supplies were left visibly out in the open and did not look very clean. That said, customer service for wheelchair accessibility and check-in/out processes were smooth.

    Affordable and Convenient Hotel in Ishigaki Island

    Arrived at Ishigaki Airport on the last flight and stayed for one night before enjoying leisure activities at the sea the next morning. It felt more like a Business Hotel than a Resort Hotel. The hotel room was a twin, offering views of Ishigaki's ocean from the window. It is about a 3-minute walk from both the Remote Island Ferry Terminal and Bus Terminal, making it an excellent location as you can take a bus from Ishigaki Airport to the terminal and walk directly to the hotel. The room was clean and equipped with essentials, including a dehumidifier suitable for tropical climates with high humidity. Amenities were available at the front desk for guests to take as needed. The bathroom was a unit bath but had no issues with water pressure or cleanliness. I booked without meals under this Plan, so I cannot evaluate dining options; however, given its similarity to hotels like Toyoko Inn, it would be nice if simple breakfast options were included in future Plans. For those who prioritize spending time at sea rather than staying in their Room, this hotel's location and cost-performance make it an excellent choice!

    I use it every year!

    We stay here every year during our trip to Yaeyama! With a 0-year-old and a 3-year-old, we prefer using a Japanese-style Room. It's very convenient as it's close to the remote island terminal and the city center! The Room is spacious, clean, and offers a great ocean view, which we love! The staff are all kind, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

    Cost-effective Hotel

    I stayed with my elementary school-aged son because we wanted to go snorkeling. The location near the remote island terminal was very convenient. Unlike other hotels where you need to pay for a taxi to get to the city center, this place is within walking distance of many restaurants, making it cost-effective and offering excellent convenience for accessing the remote island terminal. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and juice exchanges during our Multiple Night Stay. Thank you so much! The breakfast buffet was delicious, making our stay highly satisfying.

    The view is spectacular.

    I chose to stay here for the second time because I loved the location and the view from the Room during my previous visit. The Room was on the 12th floor, and I was very satisfied with the amazing view. You can spend all day lying in bed, watching ships come and go at the port. The interior is a bit old, but it becomes less noticeable once you get used to it. Cleaning was generally fine, though I noticed some mold behind the soap holder in the bathroom and some dirt behind the toilet seat. The bed was firm and slightly uncomfortable; a softer mattress would be appreciated. Breakfast included some sashimi and Okinawan dishes, which were enjoyable. The all-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream was also great! I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    60th Birthday Trip

    It was perfect for sightseeing on Taketomi Island. Since it is a Hotel near the remote island terminal and in the central area, we enjoyed meals and shopping. From the Room, we could see the remote island terminal with an ocean view, which was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The location and the view from the Room are excellent.

    The Hotel, which seems to have been a resort condominium in the past, is located just near the 730 intersection. After checking in at the front desk, you will need to exit the building once to take the elevator. The emergency stairs are not locked, so you can also use them for entry and exit, but it might raise some concerns regarding security. The Room includes a simple kitchen and a sofa, allowing you to relax while watching the sunset over Ishigaki Port. It is within walking distance of the downtown area, and being along the main road, it seems relatively safe even at night. Breakfast offers a variety of dishes centered around Okinawan cuisine. Everything is of sufficient quality, making it a very convenient Property for staying in Ishigaki Island.

    The location and view were great.

    A hotel in the tropics that is not new. It has a certain old-fashioned charm, but the convenience is high and I am satisfied. It's a bit disappointing that there is only one elevator. The breakfast, which I didn't have high expectations for, was delicious and satisfying. I would like to stay here again next time.
