    Overall satisfied

    Used for a business trip. The bath was relatively clean, which was nice. As a business traveler, I really appreciated having a desk that made it easy to work on my laptop. The buffet-style breakfast was also quite good. At many Business Hotels, breakfast often feels like it’s just included as an afterthought, but this one was reasonably tasty, so I ate plenty. It was also nice that there was a smoking area near the Hotel entrance.

    The cleanliness could be improved...

    The facility seemed a bit old, with some stains and a broken showerhead that caused the bathroom to get soaked. Additionally, the pillow had an unpleasant odor, which was uncomfortable.

    A cost-effective accommodation with complimentary drinks and breakfast.

    It was a late check-in as I only used it mostly for sleeping. Although the room was small, there were drink bar services and breakfast included, making it very cost-effective!

    A Hotel Perfect for Those Who Value Free Breakfast

    The Hotel is conveniently located just steps from the station and about 1 minute from Kintetsu Department Store, offering excellent accessibility and a clean, modern environment. The lobby provides complimentary welcome coffee and water. Amenities in the Room include only a toothbrush and one stick of green tea powder, so guests need to bring any additional items they may require. Disposable slippers were requested at the front desk but were not available; only the ones provided in the Room could be used. Breakfast includes both bread and rice options, along with eggs, sausages, salad, and yogurt—offered for free with sufficient variety. It seems that costs for amenities are minimized to focus more on breakfast quality. This Hotel is recommended for those who prioritize breakfast during their stay.

    I'm glad I chose this Hotel.

    I stayed for three days during a sports trip. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. Regarding the facilities, there was a library café available from morning until midnight, offering free drinks with a wide variety of options. The coin laundry machines were sufficient in number, and there was also an ice machine, which was very convenient for our trip. As for meals, breakfast was served buffet-style. However, the variety of dishes could not be described as extensive. This might be due to the limited space in the dining area and considerations regarding seating and serving space allocation. While it offered only basic options, considering that it was complimentary, it met expectations without any major dissatisfaction. If I had to point out something minor: utensils like chopsticks or spoons were placed at the start of the line without trays being provided beforehand—this made them cumbersome if picked up too early. Additionally, drink stations were located within the queue line itself, which could have been better arranged. The reason I titled this review "Glad I Chose This Hotel" is because on our final day after checking out (we had another match scheduled), we left our luggage at the lobby. Unfortunately that day coincided with a tsunami warning being issued. Since an evacuation site happened to be next to our match venue, we stayed put until after the predicted arrival time of waves before returning around noon to retrieve our belongings from the hotel—only to find Wakayama Station already closed off due to safety concerns preventing us from heading back home. Although guests are allowed access post-checkout hours into spaces like their library café under normal circumstances—it’s rare anyone would expect extended use six hours later! Yet thanks entirely toward exceptional staff discretion here—they kindly let us wait comfortably inside air-conditioned premises equipped w/ free beverages till train services resumed operation again! Had such kindness not been extended—we’d likely face dire heat exposure outdoors amidst summer sun alongside accompanying children under care risking health complications altogether instead! True service quality reveals itself most during unforeseen crises—and based upon how outstandingly supportive personnel proved themselves throughout ordeal—I wholeheartedly look forward toward rebooking future stays ahead!

    Simple and comfortable.

    Clean Room with a deep bathtub in the unit bath, perfect for filling with water and enjoying a relaxing soak. Check-in and check-out are fully automated, making the process quick and smooth. I would love to stay here again.

    I always use this place when visiting Wakayama.

    Cleanliness throughout the Facility, a café open until midnight, and a welcome drink to help you relax. Browse your favorite books in the library, chat or discuss work, choose between tea or coffee and unwind. Return to your Room to relieve your body’s fatigue. The laundry machines are designed for cleanliness and convenience. In summer, enjoy iced coffee with freshly replenished ice. Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared with a balanced selection of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and carbohydrates. The variety of juices changes daily—one of the small joys to look forward to! You can try two types and refill the one that suits you best for the day. Adjust portions as you like for an enjoyable breakfast experience that energizes your body and fills you with vitality from morning onward. Thank you always!

    Conveniently Located Hotel Near the Station

    This was my first time staying here, and it was excellent. The accommodation is close to the station, and I was fully satisfied with the Accommodation Fee that included breakfast service. I initially thought 6:30 AM for breakfast might be a bit early, but when I went at that time, I was surprised to see many people already lined up. I ended up eating quite a lot! The staff also sent me off with smiles at checkout. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Very convenient in front of the station.

    We stayed at the property on New Year's Day. We went by car, and although there is a charge, we were able to park a considerable number of cars on the premises, which was good for us. It gave the impression of being run with minimal costs and a small number of staff. Thanks to that, I think it is affordable. There is no large public bath, but the room's bath was clean, so it wasn't much of a problem. The hairdryer was new and nice. The breakfast smoothie was delicious. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable

    Single Non-Smoking Multiple Night Stay. The location is excellent, being close to the station and the department store basement. The soundproofing of the walls and plumbing is well done, so you don't hear the voices or sounds from next door. The essentials are compactly designed, making it very comfortable for one person. I would like to stay again.

    First of all, it's reasonable. The rooms and hallways were clean and well-maintained. I had a comfortable stay. At this price, I would like to use it again.
