  A good Hotel conveniently close to Katsuta. Since my business trips are mainly by car, the location is very helpful.

  The staff’s hospital...

  The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and both my mother and I were truly moved. We stayed here to finally see the nemophila flowers we had long dreamed of. Since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly stored our suitcases even before check-in. They also called a taxi company to ask about the fare as we debated whether to take a taxi or bus to Hitachinaka Seaside Park, and they prepared the bus timetable for the next day—thank you so much for your thoughtful help. At breakfast, the staff also suggested ways to enjoy the Danish pastry with different flavors, and it was delicious. This trip really reminded me how much a journey can be enriched by the warmth and care of the people who welcome you. Thank you very much.

  It was comfortable.

  There was a group, but we were able to enjoy a quiet stay.

  On the day of my stay, I noticed a large bus in the parking lot and thought it might be noisy, so I braced myself as I entered the hotel. It was not noisy at all; in fact, it was so quiet that I wondered if there was really a group staying there. I had a multiple night stay, but the breakfast menu was varied enough that I didn't get tired of it. The fact that they had clam soup and whitebait was a big plus. The public bath wasn't large, but it was easy to use since I could always check the congestion status. I would like to stay here again when I'm in the area. The fact that there is a S◯ta within walking distance was also a big plus.

  Indoor noise

  I stayed for the Mito Komon Manyu Marathon. The room I stayed in, 211, had a constant dripping water sound, which was troublesome. Also, I believe most of the guests were runners on that day. A 6:30 breakfast is too late for runners. Although it was a plan with breakfast, I gave up. Can't there be some flexibility to accommodate such situations?

  The self-service coffee was delicious.

  It was self-service, but there was a coffee bean dripper installed, so I was able to enjoy delicious coffee each time within the available hours.
