    Clean and quiet.

    This is a very quiet and clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, which was really convenient. Both the bed and the shower room were spacious, so I could relax. I didn’t expect amenities like cleansing oil or toner, but there was a great selection of individually packaged items, and plenty of tea bags as well. The staff were friendly and approached me when I seemed to need help. There are several staff members, so I was assisted without having to wait. If I had to mention anything: The spout on the electric kettle was broken. The shower room had a slight odor (from the drain). Breakfast was a little disappointing. Japanese dishes and drinks were well stocked. The bread, pasta, and salads were excellent and delicious, but it was disappointing that some Western-style side dishes were gone (maybe because they were popular). It might have been better to go earlier.

    It was very affordable, which I really appreciated.

    I stayed here for business. Even during the spring break period, it was great to find a place near the station for under 10,000 yen, even without meals. The Room, bathroom, and toilet were all thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. I will stay here again.

    I’ve stayed here several times for work, and the service is always excellent and the stay is comfortable. This time, there was a Room change, but it was even better than the Room I reserved, and I’d like to stay again.

    I had some business in Chiba and stayed at a Hotel close to where I was meeting someone. Thank you for the upgrade—it was a very nice Hotel. I will stay again.

    Well-located Hotel

    Just outside Chiba Station’s East Exit, you’ll see the Hotel sign right away, making it very convenient for business trips and other stays. The Hotel is clean and spacious, and the front desk is impressive. The Room is designed for relaxing, and my Room even had an electric massage chair. I used it for over an hour, and it helped relieve my lower back pain. After that, I naturally felt sleepy and enjoyed seven hours of deep sleep, so work went smoothly the next day. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip.

    Rare near Chiba Station, but signs of aging are noticeable.

    Revisited after about 5 years. Finding accommodation near Chiba Station can be quite challenging, but Daiwa Roynet Hotel Chiba Ekimae has been a lifesaver. However, due to the limited number of twin rooms, it’s hard to secure a reservation, which led to a long gap between visits. Unfortunately, signs of aging have become noticeable. Hoping for improvements with this feedback: 1. The edge of the long desk in the room has peeling paint, exposing worn-out white wood underneath—well past its maintenance period and visually shabby. 2. Inside the closet door, something resembling vertical adhesive tape is peeling off and hanging down, obstructing door operation every time it’s opened or closed. 3. Most concerning is the water stain buildup on the lower parts of the bathroom floor and walls—worse than what photos might show and comparable to neglected household cleaning levels. Such dirtiness in a hotel is unacceptable. I suggest management take a look from the perspective of someone soaking in the bathtub for better understanding.

    Breakfast is at the lowest level.

    Breakfast is served on the first floor at Salvatore Cuomo, but it seems the space is only rented, and the operation is managed separately. Honestly, even 500 yen might feel overpriced. Is it acceptable for Daiwa Roynet to offer this level of breakfast? I believe it requires immediate review and improvement.

    Everything is delicious.

    A bit of a picky gourmet? The milk is fresh and delicious. The yogurt has a homemade taste and is delicious. The salad is crispy. The coffee has a great taste and aroma. The sausages are bursting with flavor. The home-cooked taste of hijiki. The rice stands out. The miso soup has a great taste... Thank you for the meal. The atmosphere is nice. The restaurant's crowd situation is good. It was crowded with three people, so we avoided it and waited while watching TV until a spot for one person opened up. It was perfect. Very satisfied, thank you.
