    It is clean and well-organized.

    Although the Room is small, the storage and furnishings are arranged extremely well, so it felt very spacious and I stayed comfortably. I also appreciated having pillows (one per person) in the elevator hall. However, the step up between the unit bathroom and the Room was higher than usual, which was a bit tough on my knee that I had injured while moving—though that’s just me being picky (lol). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well, and overall I had a very comfortable stay.

    It was a very comfortable stay, conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here on a business trip to the Atsugi area for the first time in a while. The Room was comfortable, and I was able to get a lot of work done. I will stay here again.

    Insufficient renovation

    I have made Hotel Reservations through IKYU many times and have generally been satisfied, but this time was disappointing. I understand that aging facilities are unavoidable, but I was concerned about water stains on the ceiling. The refurbishment felt insufficient, and I was unable to relax. The Hotel was fully booked, so a Room change was not possible.

    Your First Visit to Atsugi

    I was looking for a Hotel where it would be easy to secure parking, and I found this one. I was glad I could stay comfortably at a reasonable rate. The Room was on the 8th floor, and I could see the platform from the window, but the train noise was not bothersome. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    The Room is always clean and comfortable. Directly connected to the station, offering excellent convenience.

    Hotel with Friendly and Courteous Staff

    It was used for a pre-stay.

    Since it was a Hotel I stayed at the night before going to Oiso, I thought it would be fine as long as I could sleep, but the Room was spacious and nice. However, when I turned on the air conditioner, there was an indescribable smell, and it was unbearably stinky. (The hallway had the same smell, so I think the air conditioning system itself might be the source of the smell.) Fortunately, the weather was nice, so I could open the window and turn off the air conditioner. Well, considering it includes breakfast and parking (affiliated) at this price, it's understandable.

    The massage room is comfortable.

    I used it for a business trip. There was a women-only massage room next to the Room I stayed in, and I was able to use it. It was very comfortable. It was close to the station, and the Room was spacious, which was nice. I would like to use it again.

    Thank you very much.

    Overall, I am satisfied. The negative points are that the parking fee discount was minimal, there were several places where the wallpaper in the room seemed to be peeling, and the breakfast replenishment was slow.
