    It would be nice if there were facial cleanser available in the large public bath.\nIt would also be better if the water in the cold-water dispenser were a bit colder.

    Stayed for one night.

    【About the Room】 The bedding was clean. However, the carpet did not seem thoroughly cleaned, and there was dust in the corners. 【About Amenities】 No issues. 【About Facilities】 There was no phone to connect to the front desk. Even after turning on the heater for three hours, it didn’t warm up properly, so I had to inform the front desk in person. It seemed that the temperature setting had been lowered before check-in, but they adjusted it back to normal operation. Additionally, there was a sewage smell coming from the unit bath, which was unbearable. 【About Public Bath】 Having a public bath in a central city location was nice. However, similar to the unit bath, there was a sewage smell when using the shower. The floor of the bathtub area felt slimy as well. Moreover, there were large amounts of dust on top of the vent above one of the showers that looked like it might fall off at any moment. 【About Meals】 The variety of dishes was just right and served in a calm restaurant atmosphere. 【Service and Hospitality】 Although we initially booked without meals included in our plan, they kindly allowed us to add breakfast later on. They also handled issues with air conditioning very politely by offering room changes or providing extra blankets—this assistance was much appreciated! The same staff member even checked on us with kind words again later during our stay; their hospitality stood out positively overall! However unfortunately during checkout another staff member’s attitude wasn’t great hence rating dropped slightly down from five stars-to four instead. **Satisfaction Level:** Due multiple facility-related problems encountered throughout stay satisfaction would rate around two stars overall

    Unable to check in.

    Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but arriving 15 minutes early, there was already a long line. When asking others in line, they mentioned that the Room cleaning was not yet finished and everyone was waiting for it. The front desk staff, two women, were doing their best, but it’s hard to believe that cleaning wasn’t completed by 3:00 PM when check-out is at 11:00 AM. With the Yazawa Dome nearby, almost all guests seemed to be fans attending an event there. During such events, the hotel should increase front desk staff to avoid inconveniencing guests. Due to the delayed check-in process, I barely made it in time for entry at Yazawa Dome. At check-out, I received an apology for the delay during check-in; however, I believe improvements are necessary.

    The underground large public bath is comfortable.

    Without the underground large public bath, it would just be a business hotel with a good central location. The presence of the large public bath made it a memorable accommodation. It was clean and never crowded. The hinoki cypress bath, in particular, had a faint wooden aroma and slightly higher water temperature, providing relaxation for both body and mind.

    It was great.

    7 minutes from the station, though there is a slope on the way. The large public bath was great, and there was free ice cream service on this day. I couldn't use the public bath in the morning as I had an early departure, but overall it was excellent. The room was smaller than a typical Hotel plan but caused no inconvenience. There were plenty of outlets available, and unlike some places, you don't need to insert your room key for electricity to work. However, the air conditioning wasn't on when I entered, so it felt hot at first. Considering I made a relatively last-minute Reservation during this season, it was very affordable and satisfying. Some challenges: - The Facility seems old; the toilet flush lever felt slightly loose. - There is no internal phone in the Room; you need to go to the front desk for inquiries. - The coffee service on the first floor is excellent, but having plain hot water would be appreciated too. Boiling water with the kettle in Room feels a bit inconvenient.

    The bath was excellent.

    I came expecting a usual Business Hotel, but the bath was pleasant, and the slippers were not the usual thin white ones, which was nice.

    First-time Use

    This was my first time using this service. The Room was small (especially the bathroom), but the large public bath helped relieve heat and fatigue. It was quite good. I also recall there being a ReFa hair dryer, which was another great feature. Although I didn’t get to try it, I think the ice cream service available at certain times is a nice touch. Overall, it was good if you don’t prioritize the Room size. I would like to use this service again!

    I had a safe and comfortable stay as always!

    I always enjoy staying here. The location is convenient, the room is great, and there’s nothing particularly concerning. However, it would be even better if bed-making could be done daily during a Multiple Night Stay.

    The building is overall old.

    The room had an odor that bothered me, as mentioned in other reviews describing it as a smell similar to aging. Being sensitive to smells, I found it noticeable, though this may vary from person to person. The bathroom in the room was very small. Additionally, despite it being summer, the room felt dry, and I woke up with a sore throat. I couldn't sleep well due to the smell and dryness. However, the complimentary ice cream was delicious, and the customer service was excellent.

    How about the bath?

    The surrounding environment is nice. Although the station felt a bit far, there are several transportation options available, which might be considered convenient. I was looking forward to the large public bath, but I found it a bit unpleasant (this may vary from person to person). The free rental of shorts was nice. The coffee machine and tea service were helpful. Disposable slippers are available.

    Stayed for two night...

    Stayed for two nights. It was close and convenient to the destination, Tokyo Dome. The Room is slightly old, but it's not a problem. The large public bath is spacious, and there is also a sauna, which is satisfying. Additionally, the coffee and tea service and the ice cream service at night were nice. I would like to use it again when I come to Tokyo Dome. Thank you very much.

    Warm staff members

    My daughter, who was staying alone this time, fell ill, and despite making irregular requests such as asking for an urgent extension of her stay and having me, her parent, stay in the same room, all the staff responded warmly, promptly, and courteously. I am grateful. The large public bath was also clean, and I was able to enjoy it very comfortably. I would like to stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you very much.
