    I was able to relax and enjoy a leisurely stay. However, I felt the bathroom could have been a bit more spacious.

    This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. Having a large public bath was great. If you’re traveling for business, I found it very practical and functional.

    Overall, I’m satisfied.

    The breakfast did not seem to offer good value for money. Although it starts at 6:30 a.m., I arrived about five minutes early and there were already several people there. The seating capacity is too small for the number of guests staying. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

    The Hotel was clean, easy to use, and conveniently located near the station and a convenience store. The APA curry was delicious, and my family was happy with it.

    The staff were wonderful.

    Business trip Due to rising prices, amenities have been simplified compared with a few years ago, but considering the room rates, I feel they are making a great effort. The staff were excellent, and even during busy times the guidance was smooth, making my stay very pleasant. When I return to the Hotel at night, it’s also a quiet pleasure to receive small gifts such as APA Curry.

    APA is quite nice.

    Stayed here during a trip to Tokyo. This was my second time at APA Hotel. The location has become very convenient with the newly opened Takanawa Gateway Station nearby, making it easy to get around. The large public bath was relaxing and helped relieve fatigue. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. A request from smokers: please consider setting up at least one smoking booth on the premises.

    Highly hospitable and comfortable.

    It was my first time using this Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how close Sengakuji Station's platform is to the ground level, making transportation from the Hotel very smooth. The Hotel was well-maintained with thorough cleaning, and having four elevators made moving around convenient. The breakfast venue offered a well-balanced variety of dishes, including delicious-looking croissants that I plan to try next time. The large public bath was also a great feature, with information on crowd levels provided, which I appreciated. I look forward to staying here again.

    The Room was compact...

    The Room was compact but functional, and the access from Sengakuji Station was convenient and excellent. However, the cleaning felt insufficient, as there was dust accumulated on the bedside, which was disappointing.

    The front desk staff's service is inadequate.

    I arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the check-in time. My smartphone battery was almost empty, but since I planned to go out after check-in, I asked at the front desk if I could use a power outlet nearby to charge it. I was told, "Please charge it in your Room after check-in." There were no chairs near the front desk, so I waited standing for 20 minutes. As I tend to sweat after eating, I called the front desk to ask if it was okay to go to the dining area on the first floor in loungewear. They said, "As long as you don't go outside, it's fine." However, when I went down in loungewear, the restaurant staff told me, "You cannot dine in loungewear," and I was turned away.

    Close to the city center, near the station, and affordable.

    Located a 2.3-minute walk from Takanawa Gateway. Conveniently close to supermarkets and small restaurants, and very affordable. The Room is basic, but there is a large public bath which was great.

    It was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the station. The Facility had the standard features of an APA Hotel.

    Great public bath and excellent breakfast!

    The large public bath on the top floor was great! The breakfast was more delicious compared to other Business Hotels. The unit bath in the Room felt cramped, and sitting on the toilet made contact with the side wall. Check-in via machine was efficient but felt a bit impersonal in terms of welcoming guests. Service at the restaurant was excellent.

    A bizarre Hotel that brainwashes you, and it's cramped.

    First, it's narrow. Too narrow. The large public bath is unclean. And why are there so many books by the founder on display? It's unpleasant and creepy to see Mr. Motoya's PR being done. Is Fumiko Motoya a narcissist with a strong need for approval? A hotel is a place to provide services to customers, not a place for founders or managers to boast about themselves. How can you stand out more than the guests? The content of the books is also religious and creepy. If you're going to have something, I would prefer local tourism magazines or gourmet books instead.
