    We had a comfortable stay.

    I had wanted to stay at a Hotel with an Onsen, so I was satisfied this time. The gentle hot water and the delicious breakfast were great. However, the front desk staff felt rather unfriendly.

    About the small size...

    About the small size of the Onsen: It may have been during a busy time by chance, but it was so crowded that several people were lined up waiting for a washing station, and children running around even bumped into us. About the staff service: We used self check-out, but even while we were operating the machine, none of the staff behind the counter greeted us. At other Dormy Inn locations we were told “Thank you,” so perhaps my expectations were simply too high.

    Lactic acid bacteria drink

    This was my first time trying “Pilkul.” Maybe thanks to this probiotic drink, my stomach felt much better, and I even bought it after returning home! Next time, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and relax. If I had to mention one thing, it would be helpful in winter if the air conditioning could be controlled from the Room. Thank you very much.

The loungewear is two-piece and easy to move in, making it convenient for trips to the Onsen. The natural Onsen on the second floor offers gentle water that warms you from within, and the 100-degree sauna was thoroughly enjoyable. Complimentary lactic acid drinks are available until 10 AM, and free late-night ramen is served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM—thoughtful touches that add delight. Each guest room has individual air conditioning controls rather than central air conditioning, allowing for comfort even after enjoying the Onsen by using cooling or fan settings during warmer moments. Breakfast includes dishes like Hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice), with clear maps introducing nearby morning spots and restaurants—helpful for dining out. Additionally, laundry service is highly convenient for business travelers; items requested by 9 AM are ready by 7 PM on the same day at reasonable prices, including well-pressed shirts and undergarments. Overall, this Hotel offers attentive services throughout your stay for a truly comfortable experience.

    Despite being close to the bustling Sakae district, the area around the Hotel was calm and offered a great location. The Hotel staff were very pleasant, making for a comfortable stay.

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I have stayed at Dormy Inn several times. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and the breakfast was excellent. However, I found the Onsen facility disappointing. Even though it was a Saturday, both the lockers and washing areas were crowded with people waiting, making it feel too hectic. The changing room was also crowded and narrow, leaving guests waiting for space while undressed. While some may argue that this is expected of a Business Hotel, since you promote having an Onsen facility, I hope improvements can be made in this regard.

    We stayed for one night as a couple. While we were aware that the facility is popular with families, it was difficult to relax in the bath due to children playing loudly and running around, which made us worry they might fall. This prevented us from fully enjoying the experience. Additionally, we used the sauna but felt concerned when an older elementary school-aged child entered alone. However, one highlight was the cold bath; perhaps because there were fewer users, the water temperature remained very low and was excellent. As for the limited-time "Yonaki Soba," we felt that the regular version might taste better.

    Consistently high quality.

    Stayed at Dormy Inn in Fushimi. Just a 4-minute walk from the station, the building was clean and left a great first impression. The room was well-maintained and spotless. The onsen was amazing, leaving my skin smooth. The only downside was that the sauna could accommodate only about 4 people at a time. Classic offerings like ice cream, drinks, and late-night ramen were delicious. Breakfast had limited options but included Nagoya specialties like hitsumabushi, kishimen, and shrimp tempura, which were delightful. I’d love to stay here again for my next business trip to Nagoya!

    Everything is satisfying!

    Meals, Onsen, Room, Facility, and service were all excellent! Enjoyed the complimentary night soba noodles, welcome strawberry jelly, Kurobe water, and the relaxing lounge on the second floor with a hot coffee machine and calming interior. The highly-rated breakfast included unlimited Nagoya specialties like hitsumabushi, shrimp tempura, doteni stew, and clam miso soup—everything was outstanding. The bath was a genuine alkaline Onsen that left my skin feeling smooth; I soaked in it three times. Having visited Dormy Inns across the whole country, this one ranks among my top three for satisfaction with its exceptional service. I definitely want to come back again!

    You can use it with peace of mind.

    Even though we arrived early, there was a room ready for us, and we were able to check in immediately, which was very helpful. The Onsen was very nice, but it was disappointing that when I went to the large bath around 5 a.m., the inner door was wide open and it was cold.

    I would like to stay again!

    I used this hotel during the dome live event. After the concert, when I was hungry and all the restaurants were closed, I just made it in time for the complimentary night soba service. Being warmly welcomed with soba filled both my heart and stomach, which was truly helpful. My daughter was also impressed by the front staff's consideration when she took the elevator alone at night. The natural hot spring was soothing for my tired body, and the ice bar brought back childhood joy. I would love to stay at this hotel again for a comfortable and worry-free experience during the next dome live event. Thank you very much.
