    We truly appreciate your check-in at 2:00 PM, even in the extreme afternoon heat.

    After finishing my morning errands, waiting until the 3:00 PM check-in can feel like a long time. But a 2:00 PM check-in feels like you can head straight over right after lunch. In this extreme heat, I had no energy for window shopping, so I was able to collapse into my Room and take a bath right away. I’m truly grateful. This is a rare Hotel in Ginza with a valuable 2:00 PM check-in, and I highly recommend it for families with small children as well.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. They upgraded my Room, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I was also impressed by how politely the foreign front desk staff assisted guests. I will stay here again when I travel to Tokyo for business. Thank you very much.

    Both guests and staff are foreigners.

    Being in the city center, it attracts many international guests and the rates remain high. The breakfast was average despite the highly rated reviews. When I visited, all front desk staff were non-Japanese, but their Japanese was fluent and their service polite; with many front desks nowadays staffed by poorly trained Japanese employees, it felt reassuring.

    Use after the concert

    I stayed here because I had a concert at Tokyo International Forum. Even during the typhoon, the location was very convenient. The 2:00 PM check-in was also helpful. Inside the Facility, it was convenient that there was a microwave on the second floor, but I still would have liked a designated smoking area. For breakfast, the curry and soup were delicious, but I wish there were a few more Sunroute original items. It was neither particularly good nor bad overall, and ¥2,000 might be a little expensive. Since there seemed to be many international guests, I think it would be better to enhance the lobby a bit more, including space for suitcases.

    Miscellaneous Thoughts

    Everything was wonderful. The complimentary coffee provided was also incredibly delicious.

    The front desk staff were helpful. The room was clean and well maintained, but the bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated.

    Unfortunately, there is no reuse.

    I stayed here because my usual Accommodation in Ginza was unavailable for a Friday night, and this was an established Business Hotel. However, after check-in, there was an unpleasant odor in the elevator. In the Room, after inserting the room key next to the door and turning on the lights, I noticed stains on the wallpaper and hair in the bathtub, toilet bowl, and drain. I would have preferred to change Rooms, but I checked in late at night and was exhausted, so I went to sleep and checked out promptly at 9:00 a.m. I will not return.

    The Room is clean.

    The Room was clean, but the amenities were disappointing. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling rough. There were no amenities such as facial toner or bottled water. With Hotel prices in Tokyo rising, I guess you can’t expect much quality at this price.

    Areas for improvement

    Our family stayed here on this trip. I’d like to share a few things we noticed. 1) In my Room, the water pressure at the sink was far too weak, and hot water only came out in a trickle. The shower in the bathtub was fine. 2) In my family’s Room, the refrigerator smelled like spoiled food, so they didn’t use it. 3) In both my Room and my family’s Room, one button was missing from the nightwear. I didn’t check at the time of Reservation, but there was no safe or mineral water provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s an ordinary Business Hotel.

    Fugu Restaurant Across from the Hotel

    The Hotel Room is standard. The Room includes basic amenities such as a toothbrush, body sponge, hairbrush, and cotton swabs. The location is convenient—after a short walk you’ll find Matsuya and the Mitsukoshi department store, making shopping easy. With a bit of walking, there are plenty of options nearby: convenience stores, cafes, and places to eat. Across from the Hotel there was a fugu restaurant. It had an izakaya-style atmosphere, but the seating was separated by partitions so I could eat alone without worrying about others around me. They also offer wild-caught fugu. I love fugu, so I tried the wild-caught one and it was very delicious. I especially liked being able to return to the Hotel right across the street immediately after finishing my meal. There are a few parking spaces around the Hotel, and if available there is also street parking in front of the Hotel where you can park. Because it was such a convenient location, I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed on New Year's Eve for work. The front desk staff provided very polite and reassuring service. The impression was of a high-quality Business Hotel, with a simple and clean Room equipped with sufficient amenities. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Close to the station and clean!

    The top floor offered an amazing experience. The front desk staff had a wonderful smile. I tried to boil water, but the power outlet was not working (no electricity), so I used the outlet near the TV and moved the table to use it. Great access to Tokyo Station! It would be even better if there were complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator.

    Stay in Ginza Itchome

    The accommodation was just a 2-minute walk from Takasu Clinic, so I decided to stay for convenience after the procedure. Although I booked a single room through IKYU.com, I was upgraded to a spacious twin room. I was able to relax and rest quietly. There is a FamilyMart on the corner and Cozy Café within a 1-2 minute walk where you can enjoy an affordable lunch. It would be nice if amenities like lotion and emulsion were provided. The checkout time was until 11:00 AM, allowing me to spend my time leisurely. The hotel had an excellent location, and I would love to use it again in the future. Upon check-in, I received a lovely sparkling Mount Fuji bookmark as a gift from the hotel, which made me feel very grateful. Thank you very much!

    The hardware is excellent.

    A long-established business hotel with very comfortable facilities. The bathtub is deep, and plenty of hot water can be filled. Most guests are from overseas. The miso soup bowl in the restaurant being the same ceramic as the rice bowl is amusing and unexpected. While it’s understandable that the front desk staff may not be Japanese due to language issues, they should still have a perfect command of Japanese since this is a hotel in Japan. Guests should not feel inconvenienced or misunderstood when speaking normally, nor should they have to repeat themselves or deal with miscommunication. Even if someone appears Japanese, their attitude, language use, and hospitality must meet proper standards. While the room and facilities were comfortable, I would prefer not to make another reservation here in the future.
