    This was my third stay. I’ve stayed in a twin, a double, and a twin again, and this Room was my favorite. The first time was on the railway side, the second time on the opposite side, and this time it was on the city side with a view of the station and Mores. (For some reason this time, the refrigerator was as large as one for home use—it held a lot, and I was happy that the freezer compartment was also big.) It’s fun to see different scenery from the window each time. I really like the comfortably firm bed, pillows with adjustable height along with cushions, complimentary water service, and the pleasant hospitality from your Hotel staff. Thank you always. I’d love to stay again next year.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The building and plumbing Facilities are old, but I didn’t notice any age around the bed area. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western dishes, and the hearty pork miso soup was delicious. There was also curry, which I ate topped with a soft-boiled egg. They also had fresh vegetables and fruit, which was great since it’s easy to fall short on veggies while traveling. The breakfast venue was spacious as well, so I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. Everyone at the front desk was kind, and I had a very comfortable stay. Above all, it’s very close to the station! Convenience stores and family restaurants are right nearby too, which is really convenient. Even after checkout, it was easy to pick up my luggage after leaving it there, and I truly appreciated that.

    A Stylish Business Hotel

    The building and Room are generally old, but not run-down; in a way, it has a certain character. The interior and guest rooms are also old, yet kept clean and never unpleasant.\nAbove all, for this price you get a comfortable Room of a good size right near the station—an outstanding value.\nBreakfast doesn’t offer a huge variety, but I think it’s more than satisfying.\nOne thing that really bothered me was the noise from the air conditioning. Even with the switch turned off, perhaps due to the piping, a low-frequency sound could still be heard. It didn’t bother me during the day, but at night once I noticed it, I had trouble falling asleep.\nPlease keep this in mind when considering your stay.

    It was great.

    Stayed for 2 nights for my son's exam. From the moment I informed them about my late check-in to the time of check-out, the staff provided very courteous service. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity. However, at check-out, I would feel more reassured if they said "Thank you" instead of "Have a good day."

    First Accommodation Stay

    After living in Yokosuka for over 25 years, I stayed at a local Hotel for the first time. This time, it was really just for sleeping, but I had no inconveniences and spent my stay comfortably. If I have another chance to stay, I would definitely like to come back!

    It was a disappointing experience.

    The hotel staff and cleaning staff were excellent, with no complaints or faults on their part. I stayed for three nights, but unfortunately, the neighboring foreign guests had very low moral standards, and the thin walls between rooms made the experience unpleasant. They were loudly talking or making phone calls at all hours—morning, evening, late night—and it was extremely noisy. Most disturbingly, there were loud moaning sounds and banging against the walls at all times of day—morning, evening, late night, early morning—occurring more than twice daily. It felt as though illegal activities might be taking place. Even in the bathroom area, there were loud "thuds" and voices that made me uncomfortable. Additionally, they left trash bins out in the hallway outside of cleaning hours to have them taken away—a clear lack of manners that was disappointing to witness. While I acknowledge that I chose this accommodation due to its attractive pricing—which may have contributed to my experience—I also booked through IKYU.com with a sense of trust in its listings' quality assurance. However, I was deeply disappointed by both the thin walls and the poor behavior of some foreign guests during my stay.

    The staff are friendly and helpful.

    From the initial inquiry call to check-out, the staff were consistently kind and helpful. Both male and female staff members were exceptionally courteous. The vintage feel added to the atmosphere, reminding me of the now-closed Yokohama Band Hotel. Considering the price, including breakfast, everything was perfect. I would love to visit again someday. Thank you very much!

    First time in Yokosuka, first time at this hotel. Great location with easy access near the station. There’s a pharmacy, convenience store, and izakaya nearby, making it very convenient. Despite that, it’s not noisy and the area feels safe. The department store directly connected to the station is fantastic! At first glance, the accommodation feels a bit dated but is very clean thanks to thorough cleaning. The service from the experienced male staff at the front desk was incredibly polite and clear when explaining about the facilities—truly impressive. The room was cleaned with care and was spotless. Breakfast had limited options but considering its price balance, it was satisfying enough—not luxurious but very delicious! I’d love to stay here again when visiting this area.

    Second stay.

    Thank you for your hospitality again this year, following last year. Last time we stayed in a twin room, but this time we chose a double. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. It felt refreshing and rejuvenating. We also appreciated the complimentary water and drip coffee service. The refrigerator worked well and kept everything cold. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you very much!

    Close to the station, so

    Close to the station and convenient with a nearby convenience store. However, the Room I stayed in was too close, and the station announcements and noise were loud, making it hard to sleep well.

    It is a very conveni...

    It is a very convenient location, just a minute from the station. I would like to use it again. It was unfortunate that the Room temperature could not be adjusted. I wished for a warmer futon. The Room was made into a large Room with big beds, which was very spacious and impressive.

    If you come to Yokosuka City, this is the place to stay. There’s an entertainment district nearby, and a Gusto under the Hotel. Breakfast at Gusto is the best.
