    The staff, including...

    The staff, including the cleaning team, were very pleasant, and overall I am satisfied. I was happy to find amenities like lotion provided. However, I had some issues with the Facility. It might have been just the Room I stayed in, but no matter how many times I tried to fix the shower curtain with hot water, it kept moving and touching my skin every few seconds, which was unpleasant (likely due to the position of the ventilation system). It was fine when I turned off the shower. Additionally, vibrations from nearby Room doors opening and closing were very noticeable. While some noise is expected, it's rare for it to resonate this much in a Hotel. Also, there is no ramp at the building entrance—only stairs (about 10 steps)—so guests with heavy luggage should be aware of this. That said, considering its location and convenience overall, it’s a very practical Hotel. If I'm looking for accommodation nearby again in the future, I would consider staying here again.

    I stayed here for a theater performance nearby. While I was aware in advance that the Facility was old and the Room was small, which I didn’t mind, I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. There were dead insects stuck to the bathroom ceiling as well as live ones. Since I am very uncomfortable with insects, it may have bothered me even more, but they kept reappearing even after catching them, so I suspect they might be coming from the bathroom ventilation system. I considered mentioning this at the front desk upon departure but decided against it due to being in a hurry. However, for future improvement, I thought it would be best to share my experience here.

    The Room and bathroom were smaller than expected, which I understand might be unavoidable. It would have been nice to have an outlet near the bedside. The complimentary egg tart was delicious.

    Delicious sweets available

    The room was clean. I stayed in a twin room, but it was so narrow that people couldn't pass each other. The staff were from another country, but their greetings were polite and they were very pleasant. The sweets by the reception as part of the service were delicious.

    Convenient

    Close to the station and conveniently located next to a convenience store. The reception staff provided polite service. Room cleaning was thorough and tidy. The breakfast smoothies were delicious. Meal portions were just right. However, the room was quite small, making it difficult to open a suitcase fully.

    This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to climb stairs to reach the front desk or entrance. I had a large suitcase with me, and during checkout, a male foreign staff member at the front desk kindly carried my suitcase down to the ground floor. I was very grateful for his help and touched by his kindness. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a supermarket along with various shops right in front of it, which made my stay enjoyable without getting bored. I would like to use this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    It's understandable given the location.

    It's an old building, which is understandable given the location. If location is your priority, it's a good choice. There's no problem if you're just staying overnight.

    It can be used casually.

    I used it after watching a play. It was close to the station and convenient to use. The coffee and strawberry daifuku were a delightful touch. I had mistakenly booked a smoking room, but they changed it to a non-smoking room for me. Thank you very much.
