  There were convenien...

  There were convenience stores and izakayas nearby, which was very convenient. Having a large public bath was great. Breakfast offered standard Japanese and Western options, plus items like tonburi and chicken meatball soup; the selection wasn’t huge, but everything was delicious and I was satisfied.

  A Relaxing Hotel

  I stay here every time I come back home. The bath and breakfast are just right—always satisfying and relaxing. I’ll continue to stay here in the future.

  These days, there wasn’t even bottled water in the refrigerator. The kettle was not a T-fal either. The Room was clean and well maintained.

  We were treated kindly.

  One person (myself) was unable to attend at the last minute, but I heard you handled it very kindly. Thank you for the room upgrade and your thoughtful service. I would like to express my gratitude on their behalf. The Onsen was also very relaxing, they said. I will visit next time! P.S. I heard the elevator is old and shakes a lot. It seems a bit scary, so I kindly request improvements!

  The large public bath is amazing!

  First-time stay for attending a relative's funeral. The front desk staff kindly recommended a lunch spot, which was very helpful as I was unfamiliar with the area. All the staff were very pleasant and left a great impression. The breakfast, especially the fish ball soup, was delicious. It would be wonderful if Akita specialties like Hinai chicken, Kiritanpo, Hatahata fish, and Inaniwa udon were included in the breakfast menu. Considering it was during a long weekend, the cost-performance ratio felt slightly tough to justify. The soles of the slippers were peeling off and made walking difficult. However, the Onsen public bath was absolutely amazing!

  It was a warm Hotel.

  I arrived at Odate Station late at night due to unexpected delays. Despite this, a taxi was arranged for me, and I was able to rest after arriving at the Hotel. Upon waking up, I felt very welcomed and left the Hotel feeling satisfied. I would highly recommend this Hotel. Thank you very much!
