  The front desk staff...

  The front desk staff spoke so loudly that I could hear them in my Room, which was unpleasant. Even when there were no guests checking in, their voices were still loud, so I would like them to speak more quietly or talk in the back. Other than that, everything was fine.

  There is an unpleasant odor in the bathroom...

  The ventilation fan was running, but… I noticed an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The Tokyo Skytree looked beautiful at night!

  There is severe mold...

  If you have a mold allergy, I recommend not staying here. I slept wearing a mask.

  Could not sleep due to nighttime construction work.

  Could not sleep due to nighttime construction. The toilet's bidet was not working. The room was 804. Please address these issues.

  It has a slightly retro feel, but overall it was great.

  I stayed for two nights this time. I have used this Hotel several times, but the small size of the bath always bothers me. While washing my body, I keep bumping into the walls! Also, as mentioned in the title, facilities like the washbasin and toilet give a slightly "old" impression. On the other hand, staff service, location, bed comfort, and cleanliness around the lobby are excellent. Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel. The high price is understandable as it's a general issue in Tokyo... though it’s quite tough to bear. I think I will use it again in the future.
