  Considering the recent rise in prices, it feels like an unavoidable rate. Overall, I’m fairly satisfied.

  The bathroom is small, and there may be noise from outside.

  The room has a microwave, refrigerator, and an optional stovetop; however, the oven is difficult to use. The bathroom is small by Japanese standards (relative to the room). There can be significant noise outside the room in the morning.

  Less than a 5-minute...

  Less than a 5-minute walk from Ueno Station Iriya Exit. Amid rising accommodation costs, I was happy to stay at an affordable price. The recent surge in accommodation prices is truly surprising, making it harder to casually visit Tokyo. I hope the prices remain reasonable in the future. The room is small, but since I only use it for sleeping, it's not an issue for me.

  Ideal for business and study use.

  Having a microwave and a desk suitable for office work (all MyStays locations have desks conducive to work) was very good. The balance between the interior and the price may not match depending on the day of the week. Although minor, some may be concerned about the peeling wallpaper, detachment, and warping at the edges of the wall panels.
