    Ideal for both leisure and business travel.

    I have stayed here more than 50 times for business trips. It is a rare seismically isolated building for a Hotel, offering a high level of safety in the event of disasters. The interior is simple but very clean. The hallway into the Room is wide, so even with a suitcase you can enter smoothly with no stress. There is no Onsen, but the bathroom is spacious, and the toilet and bath are separate, which makes it very convenient. The desk is long and extremely comfortable for working. Front desk service is sufficient; check-in is quick and stress-free. True to Numazu, they also serve grilled fish as part of the meals. Because it’s grilled to order, it was very delicious. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the dining area is small, so when it gets crowded it can be difficult to eat comfortably. This Hotel is ideal not only for travel but also for business. I am very satisfied.

    The bath is excellent.

    Stayed on January 1st as a solo traveler. I was upgraded to a better Room as one was available. The double bed was spacious even for one person, and the bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub, just like at home, allowing me to relax in the hot water. The property has a multi-story parking lot with free access in and out, which is convenient and safe from potential damage. The food was average overall, but the grilled horse mackerel prepared fresh upon order was truly delicious and perfectly portioned to complement other dishes. I had an excellent start to the New Year here. Among various stays near both north and south of the station, this has become my favorite Hotel!

    Breakfast Renewal

    I have used this Hotel several times a year, and the breakfast was renewed last December. The grilled dried horse mackerel, which used to be cooked to order as mentioned in reviews, is no longer available, and it has become a complete buffet style. For a buffet style, I felt the variety of dishes was somewhat limited compared to other Hotels (about the same as before the renewal). I had previously given a 5-star review but lowered my rating due to the breakfast. I like the location, bathroom facilities, and on-site parking with unlimited access, so I plan to continue using this Hotel in the future. Even if it's in a different form than before, I hope more effort will be put into improving breakfast like it used to be.

    The towels have an odor, and the wallpaper is dirty.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. I have stayed at other Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio locations multiple times and expected the same quality here, but unfortunately, it was different. First, the towels had a very strong damp smell, making it impossible to bring them close to my face. Additionally, although I reserved a non-smoking room, the wallpaper was so dirty that it seemed like a smoking room, and there was also a mold-like odor. Knowing the quality of other Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio locations makes this experience all the more disappointing. I do not plan to make another reservation here in the future.

    Great value Hotel

    The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the spacious bath allows for a relaxing soak. The parking lot is convenient with free in-and-out access. I have stayed here several times and am highly satisfied, so I plan to use this accommodation again in the future.

    Thank you for your continued patronage. I had another comfortable stay this time. I appreciate that the toothbrush amenities allow a choice between firm and soft bristles (I prefer firm ones, which are rarely available as amenities). I look forward to staying again in the future.

    Clean and delicious meals.

    Stayed for one night, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Although I couldn't visit Numazu Port or go sightseeing, the breakfast made me feel like I got a taste of Numazu, which made me very happy. There seem to be many restaurants around the Hotel, so it seems convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming with their smiles, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    I will stay here again when I visit Numazu.

    The front desk staff is always available, providing a sense of security. They were happy to accommodate requests for towels, slippers, and other items. The system bath in the bathroom allowed for a relaxing soak, which helped relieve fatigue. The variety of amenities and the courteous service from the staff made for a very satisfying stay. However, I missed breakfast as I slept in, but according to my family, on the first day there was only half a grilled fish served—possibly due to a group booking—though it was a whole fish on the second day. They mentioned that the taste was excellent regardless.

    Shizutetsu Prezio Hotel Numazu - First Stay for One Night

    I used this accommodation for the first time as my son and his wife live in Numazu. The bathroom and washroom were separate, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The washroom was equipped with a REFA hair dryer and hair iron. Amenities such as toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, and lotion were placed near the reception counter. The soy milk bath additive was also pleasant. Since I checked in around 8 PM, it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first. I finally figured it out after seeing a sign near the elevator indicating that reception is on the second floor. Although it was no meals included, there was self-service coffee available next to the counter in the morning, allowing me to relax in my room. I would like to make this my regular accommodation moving forward.

    It's just a few minutes from the station, but I felt a bit uneasy due to the lack of foot traffic. However, I was greeted with a smile at the front desk, which made me think, "I'm glad I chose this place." Thank you for seeing me off with a smile at check-out as well.

    The toilet and bathroom are very cold.

    This was my first time using the service. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the female staff member's service was excellent. Unfortunately, the toilet and bathroom were very cold, and I felt the risk of heat shock. The toilet seat was also as cold as ice because the remote control didn't respond, so I had to brace myself every time I used it. I would like to request a warm solution for the toilet, bathroom, and toilet seat.

    I want to stay again.

    This time, I chose this place for my trip home based on the separate bath and toilet, breakfast, cleanliness, and reviews. The bath was large and I could relax in it, and the breakfast was delicious, exceeding my expectations. All the hotel staff were very nice. In particular, the gentleman at the front desk who assisted me was excellent. Thanks to him, I was able to rest well and had a pleasant trip home. I would definitely like to use this place again.
