    Conveniently located near the station.

    Excellent access. All staff were very kind, and everything—from check-in and check-out to luggage storage and pickup—was smooth. I understand the bath can get crowded, but during peak hours it was especially difficult for women; even with guidance at the entrance, it was so packed that there were no lockers available. I happened to go in just before it got busy, and when I came out there were so many people that I quickly took my belongings from the locker to free it up for others. On days with many guests, it’s best to choose your time carefully. From 9:00 PM on Saturday, it was extremely crowded. For a Multiple Night Stay, towel-only replacement is fine and eco-friendly, but it was disappointing that the complimentary water was provided for only one night. If staying multiple nights, I would have liked it delivered again with the towels the next day (other Hotels do this even for multiple-night stays). The Room coffee is instant stick coffee. If you care about coffee quality, bringing your own is recommended. There is a kettle. This was my first stay at an APA Hotel. It’s efficient and kind; if you think of it as a Business Hotel where you don’t use the large public bath, I think it’s a good Hotel. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted—depending on the season, it may feel too hot or too cold. During a very busy festival period, this convenience and price were great.

    Confusion

    Three late-night building-wide announcements. I understand they may have been necessary, but if the inspection found no issues, I wonder why the announcements were needed. Also, due to a boiler failure, the shower was not available from the morning. Again, there was no information unless I asked at the front desk. Rather than saying “no issues” last night, it would have been better to announce that there was a problem with the boiler system and that showers might not be available. Everything else is a good Facility, so I hope for improvements for my next stay.

    Very close to Kanazawa Station (almost part of the station itself).

    On the first day, the men's bath was out of order, and I was directed to a bath at another Hotel. It was inconvenient to go there late at night after drinking. The Room only had space for sleeping. There is no lobby, making it inconvenient for meetings. It's just a place to sleep on a bed. The TV is large. I had breakfast for two days, but the menu was the same both days. The staff provided pleasant service, and its proximity to Kanazawa Station makes it very convenient for taking the Shinkansen. Suitable for business stays.

    Great location near ...

    Great location near Kanazawa Station for first-time visitors. The bathing area was crowded, and waiting in line was a bit disappointing. The outdoor bath is accessible via stairs, but the long staircase felt cold and uninviting. Breakfast was excellent and very satisfying.

    Breakfast was excellent. For dinner, even if it's a bit expensive, it would be great to create a distinction from breakfast.

    Conveniently located near the station

    It was very convenient as it was close to the bus terminal. There were no problems except that the Room was small and a bit difficult to move around. I also had a massage, and it was available at my desired time. The attire like a yukata or samue did not suit me, and I would appreciate other types of Room wear. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying.

    Revisiting after 9 years

    I used to use it 1-2 times a month for work, but after changing jobs, I visited for the first time in about 9 years. As always, the room is small, but for someone like me who is lazy, it is well laid out and calming. The breakfast has been powered up, with more menu options and seemingly better taste. Above all, the location is the best, making it a nostalgic and satisfying one-night stay. If I had to say something negative, perhaps because it was the tourist season and there were many guests, the wait time for the elevator felt quite long.

    It is convenient.

    The location is excellent. Despite the heavy rain, I was able to reach the station, the adjacent souvenir shop, and the restaurant without using an umbrella. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was ordinarily delicious. I would like to use it again when I come to Kanazawa. The Room is small, but sufficient for one person to rest.

    I used a twin room b...

    I used a twin room by myself. I think there are no issues as a basic business hotel. The room, toilet, and bathtub in the room are small, as expected for the price. Personally, it was disappointing that there were no skincare set amenities (cleansing, face wash, lotion, emulsion) available for use in the room's bath. When I asked the front desk staff, they said they didn't have any, so I went to a convenience store at Kanazawa Station before bathing and purchased a single-use skincare set.

    I want to stay again.

    I heard from my children that as an APA member, you can check in without waiting in line and have a comfortable stay, so I stayed for the first time. The large public bath had two open-air tubs when you climb the stairs, and they were cleanly maintained. I was very pleased to find facial cleanser in the bath area. The downside was that you have to bring the face towel from the room to the large public bath, so you end up without a face towel to use in the room. I think it would be good to bring a few from home. I stayed in a standard twin room, which was spacious, and there were many types of VOD available for free. The breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet with a wide variety, and the staff were warm and efficient. When I visited, the age group of the guests was on the higher side, and even though I went at 6:30 in the morning, many people were already there. It was a very impressive hotel. Thank you for taking care of us.
