  ReFa Room

  I’m glad I made a Reservation for the ReFa Room. It was my first time using the shampoo and other amenities, and I was very satisfied. However, when I called in advance about parking, the staff’s attitude was not very good. I did indicate that I would need parking, but it didn’t say that my vehicle type was required. When I didn’t provide it, I was told they couldn’t secure a parking space because the vehicle type wasn’t listed. It left me feeling uncomfortable.

  It was excellent!

  Simply put, it was excellent! The room was clean. The toilet and bath were separate. All the staff were very helpful. There are restaurants and a convenience store nearby. There is a washing machine, and you can dry your laundry indoors. Perhaps it used to be a studio apartment, but we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. No issues whatsoever. We’ll definitely stay again next time. Thank you very much.

  I stayed here the ni...

  I stayed here the night before an early morning job at the Fukuoka International Congress Center. The location, being right in front of the venue, relieved some of the pressure of waking up early and made it mentally easier. The accommodation has a studio apartment-style design, with a bathroom that includes a washing area and a relatively spacious room, which was nice. Overall, it has a retro Showa-era vibe. They also accept and handle courier services (Yamato Transport), which was very convenient. I will definitely use this place again when I have work at the same location.

  The room is spacious and easy to use.

  The layout is like a studio apartment, and the Room was more spacious and convenient compared to a regular Hotel. Especially, the bath was not a unit bath but a separate bath, allowing for a relaxing soak to relieve fatigue. The only drawback is that it is a bit far from the subway station, but if I go to Fukuoka, I would like to use this Hotel again.

  Almost satisfied

  The cushions on the bed were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The location is also great for attending concerts and watching sumo matches at the Kyushu venue. It's helpful that checkout is at 11 a.m. It's nice that the bath and toilet are separate. The laundry basket was stored under the sink, but even if there was an explanation written on the sink, it was hard to understand, and I wish it had been out from the beginning. There are two disappointing points. There was no toothbrush set in the Room, so I had to go to the front desk before going to bed. Even when I raised the temperature of the bath, it didn't get warm enough, and my body didn't warm up.

  Cheap and good Hotel

  It is a hotel like a one-room apartment in an ordinary condominium. The rates are cheap, so I think it's perfect if you're just using the hotel to sleep. It is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station.
