    I was able to relax!

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

We had a very fulfilling stay.

I often stay in the Hotel during the day to work, and the large desk made it very easy to get things done. It’s also close to Susukino, which made it convenient for getting to dinner meetings. Since it was snowing, it did take some time to get to the station, but without snow it’s close enough not to be an issue. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido!

    The spacious rooms were impressive.

The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom was also big and enjoyable. Breakfast could be enjoyed at a relaxed pace. There were inbound travelers, but their manners were excellent.

We were upgraded to a Japanese-Western style room from the reserved room. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Despite including breakfast, the price was reasonable, which was great. Thank you for providing us with an extraordinary experience. We look forward to staying again if we have the opportunity.

    Spacious and comfortable.

The Room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the amenities are not particularly extensive, having bottled water was a nice touch. The separate top and bottom loungewear was also appreciated. The location is slightly away from the station and downtown area, which could be a minor drawback, but it offers a quiet and pleasant environment.

Used during my trip to Sapporo.

We stayed here during our trip to Sapporo. We chose this Hotel near Susukino because it has parking and offers reasonable prices. The parking is by reservation, with spaces available in the Hotel's parking lot (exact number unknown) and 5 spaces next to the Hotel. Please note that there are strict restrictions for the parking, and even small cars may not fit, so it's recommended to call and confirm before making a Reservation! Additionally, nearby parking lots are very close, have plenty of spaces, and offer maximum fee settings, so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue in the worst case! The Room was very spacious and comfortable for two people—very satisfying! However, it would be great if amenities like Room slippers were provided. Thank you very much!

    It was great.

The room was spacious and clean. However, please note that some amenities are available for an additional charge. Toothbrushes and disposable slippers are provided free of charge. It’s appreciated that unnecessary amenities are not provided, as I only needed a toothbrush and used my own items for the rest. For Multiple Night Stays, cleaning is not done daily, but fresh towels are provided. This was convenient as it eliminated the need to worry about scheduling cleaning times. The staff were very polite. The location is close to Susukino but quiet, with no noise disturbances. There’s also a convenience store right across the street, which was very handy. Overall, I am very satisfied!

Stayed in Susukino to meet a friend. It was the most affordable option I found, and the twin room was spacious and simple, even for one person. Although it’s a bit far from Susukino Station, it was quiet, and I felt safe walking alone at night. Thank you very much!

    Great value for money

I traveled by train from New Chitose and walked underground from Sapporo Station for health reasons. Although it was a bit of a distance and I thought I might have been better off using the subway, it turned out to be good exercise. The rate on the day I stayed was low, and I believe this level of service at this price is hard to come by. Thank you for your hospitality. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again.

The name of the Hotel has changed.

Despite being during the weekdays of Golden Week, the room was spacious and reasonably priced, exceeding average satisfaction. Interestingly, I stayed here around the same time last year but didn’t realize it was the same Hotel when making this Reservation due to its name change. The service remains consistent, for better or worse. Amenities in the room include only shampoo and a toothbrush; while there is a kettle, no tea is provided. Upon inquiry at the front desk, drip coffee packs were available in the lobby. Basic skincare products are available for an additional fee. For me personally, features like separate top-and-bottom pajamas, disposable slippers, and a quiet environment make this Hotel valuable. As an aside, I tried lining up at a popular ramen shop across from here during my stay—being able to observe the queue before joining adds unique value to staying here. In conclusion: while there are minor inconveniences such as no tea leaves in rooms or lack of guidance about coffee availability at check-in, considering its price point I highly recommend this Hotel!

This time, it was very affordable.

A price under 10,000 yen for a 2-night stay. Considering the current hotel situation, it's quite affordable. The Room is as spacious as usual, and the bathroom is also large. However, this time it seems the drainage pipe was disconnected, and when I took a bath on the morning of the first night, water overflowed. It was fixed that same day, which was good, but there’s nothing you can do if it happens at 5 AM. During the day, I went to a sauna diagonally across for 600 yen—same price as public baths in Osaka and very reasonable!

    Clean and comfortable cost-effective accommodation!

It takes a bit of a walk from Susukino Station (about 10 minutes), but the surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. On the way from the station, there are convenient spots like Komeda Coffee and Seicomart. Perhaps because it was an off-season weekday, I was pleasantly surprised to be provided with a spacious room despite booking the lowest-priced plan. The room was functional, clean, and very comfortable with a great bed. Pajamas and towels are provided, but note that free amenities only include a toothbrush—no razors or combs (which wasn’t an issue for me). The hotel staff offered excellent service, making this accommodation perfect for enjoying Sapporo on a budget. I will definitely stay here again when revisiting Sapporo!

The Hotel is better than imagined.

Considering the inbound demand, I think the cost performance is quite good. The location might be easier to understand if I say it's next to the famous ramen shop "Shingen." "Ebisoba Ichigen" is also nearby, and there's a Lawson convenience store across the street. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bustling district of Susukino. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a bathtub and shower. The front desk service is, well, let's say, appropriate for the price, but there's no problem if you don't expect too much. As is the case everywhere, there are many inbound guests, so if you're concerned about manners, it might be better to avoid it.

    Spacious Room, Spacious Bath

The name has been rebranded this time, but the inside remains almost unchanged. Each floor's Room has a different shape, but they are reasonably spacious, with a large desk and a large bathroom. There is a wired LAN, making it suitable for business use. You can enter the nearby sauna for 600 yen, so it's worth a visit if you like saunas. There were times when there was no line at the popular ramen shop right in front. It's a few minutes' walk from the station and the restaurant district, so be careful of your footing in winter, but because of that, I was able to stay cheaply, so I personally plan to stay again.

    The breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast served on individual plates was delicious. I was also pleased that it could be made into ochazuke. However, I can't say there were other good points. I stayed for two nights, and the front desk staff changed about three times, but I only felt the service was satisfactory once. The other two times, the service felt somewhat curt or lacking in words, which was not very pleasant. Even the toilet seats at the station are warm, so it was disappointing that the toilet seat in the Hotel Room was cold. It was also very inconvenient that there was no place to put shampoo and other items in the bathtub, so they were lined up in front of the sink. The Room and bed were certainly spacious and clean, but overall, I don't quite understand why everyone's ratings are high. Is it because I stayed during a period when the rate per night was several times the usual, affecting my satisfaction?

The Room was spacious and relaxing.

I reserved a slightly larger twin room, but when I actually went there, I was surprised to find a spacious room on the top floor. I would like to use it again when I visit Sapporo.

    About room cleaning

I stayed for three nights, but the room was cleaned only once. I was happy to come back to a clean room after a tiring day of sightseeing, so I would have appreciated it if the room was cleaned every day during my stay. I felt it would be nice if there was at least an option to choose. Also, I would be happy if there was another chair or a small table in the room. It was a double room and spacious, but there was only one chair, which was inconvenient when eating in the room.

    Within walking distance of Susukino

6-7 minutes west from the center of Susukino, you might want an umbrella if it rains. There is a Lawson and a famous ramen shop right in front, making it convenient for business use. Amenities include only a toothbrush. Razors and other items need to be purchased for 300 yen, but razors were available in the sauna mentioned later. It's unclear if the room's TV can connect via HDMI. There is a wired LAN cable on the desk. Breakfast is a daily set meal, with Western and Japanese options provided on different days. Drip coffee can be taken up from the front desk. Water was provided daily. The room is spacious, with an outlet by the bedside. The bath is a unit type, but even at 177cm, you can stretch your legs. Above all, it's great that you can use the hot spring sauna across the street for 300 yen. (It will increase to 600 yen from December 2024, but it's still cheap.) There are some opinions online expressing dissatisfaction with the staff's response, but during my stay, there was no such issue, and I was able to stay comfortably.
