    Excellent value for money

    The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

    Was the room cleaning sloppy, and was the inspection just as careless?

    I stayed here again after a long time. The Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff’s courteous service was excellent. However, there were two disappointing points this time. First, the air purifier had not been maintained; when I turned it on to use it, dust blew out from the vent. Of course, I did not use it. Second, the air freshener in the bathroom/toilet seemed to have been left in its container for a long time and had completely dried out. It looked like it hadn’t been checked at all. It might be better not to place one there.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    I’ve stayed here several times because of the great location and the quiet, spacious Room. The Facility isn’t new, but it’s kept clean. This time, I extended my Reservation from two nights by adding one more night. The only downside is that the sleepwear is a top-only type rather than pajamas with pants. I already have another Reservation coming up soon.

    Accommodation for a live concert

    I had a live show at NHK Hall, and since this was the closest Hotel, I made a Reservation. It’s right by the subway exit, and there’s also a convenience store next to the exit, which was very convenient. As soon as you enter the Room, there is a closet area where you can take off your shoes, so I was able to keep the Room clean by wearing slippers, which I really appreciated. Breakfast has a simple Japanese and Western selection, but everything was delicious. Above all, their signature French toast was excellent and made for a great breakfast.

    Hospitality

    Because I’m not good with directions, I was disappointed that the guidance was given based on the Hotel’s location when I asked where it was. However, the front desk staff were excellent. When I asked for directions to sightseeing spots and my destination, they even gave me notes, which was very kind and helpful. The Room was clean, and I could stay until 11:00, so I was able to relax. I would like to stay again.

    This is a very nice Hotel.

    I arrived before check-in time and planned to leave my luggage, but the Room was already ready, so I was able to check in right away. It was a very hot day, so it really helped that I could cool down in the Room before going sightseeing. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom area was also very clean. For breakfast, the fresh vegetables and fruit were great, and I ended up eating a lot. The freshly made French toast was delicious as well. It was quiet and comfortable, so I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. It was a very cold day, but we really appreciated your thoughtful offer of a blanket at breakfast. The location was also convenient, with easy access to Kyocera Dome and Shinsaibashi, and close to the station. We would like to stay here again when we come for another concert. Thank you very much.

    Although the price was very reasonable, I initially did not have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised in a good way. The accommodation is spacious enough for one person, and the lighting is just right. The surrounding area is also calm and peaceful. If I have another opportunity to stay, I would love to return.     Excellent value for money

    I rarely stay at Hotels in Osaka City as I live in the Kansai area. To everyone visiting Osaka from The whole country, is it common for Hotels in Osaka to offer such great value for money, or is this Hotel an exception? A Double Room for one night was priced in the 7,000 yen range. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a variety of welcome drinks to choose from. In recent years, Hotel prices have been rising, and I’ve struggled to find Hotels in Tokyo or Fukuoka even in the high 10,000 yen range. I've even been assigned dusty Rooms at renowned long-established Hotel chains in Tokyo before. That’s why this experience left me deeply impressed. Lastly but importantly, my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Luteru for making my stay so comfortable! Thank you very much!

    I stayed at the accommodation for a concert at Osaka-jo Hall. The room was a single, but it was unexpectedly spacious and had enough outlets, so there were no inconveniences. The amenities were also well-selected. Breakfast at the café on the first floor included a variety of dishes, including local Osaka specialties, and everything was delicious. Additionally, the staff worked efficiently, and food replenishment was quick, making it a very pleasant experience. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    Very close to the subway station, which was convenient. Osaka Castle is within walking distance, making it a perfect location for sightseeing in Osaka. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The wide counter by the window was very practical and easy to use. The lounge offered delicious juice as well. Breakfast had a great variety if you timed it right, making it enjoyable. Hotels in Osaka are reasonably priced even during events like the Expo or dome concerts, which is great!

    I stayed here for a concert at Osaka NHK Hall. I was able to enjoy a very relaxing time. Even after the concert, I could reflect on the experience at my own pace, making it a wonderful 1-night, 2-day stay. I would love to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed here for the Osaka Expo and a live concert at Osaka-Jo Hall. It’s a bit of a walk from Osaka-Jo Hall, but I didn’t have to wait in crowded train stations after the concert, and I enjoyed walking while admiring the castle's night illumination. There were quite a few joggers around, so it felt safe even at night. The hotel is close to the subway station and surrounded by chain cafes, bars, and convenience stores, making it very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable. The fluffy towels were a nice touch. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. I would love to stay here again!

    I stayed here to visit the Expo, and the location was very convenient. The Room was spacious and allowed me to relax. At the check-in counter, casual chatting among staff was noticeable at certain times, which was a bit disappointing.

    Cleaning needs improvement. Keep it up!

    Close to the station, spacious Room, excellent staff service, and great breakfast—this was my second stay because I liked it so much. However, this time the bathroom cleaning was disappointing. There was a sewage smell, and mold remained on the walls and floor of the bathroom. Such a pity!

    I felt safe and comfortable using it.

    I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but I was allowed to enter the Room and felt relaxed. There was a welcome drink, and there were many amenity options to choose from, which made me happy. The staff were all calm and kind, creating a soothing atmosphere. The cleaning was done very thoroughly, allowing me to use everything with peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. It is conveniently located near the station with many shops around. I would love to stay here again!

    The toilet had an unpleasant odor. The shower had good water pressure, and hot water was available immediately. The desk was spacious, suitable for business use. Conveniently located near the station. The front desk staff were efficient and responsive.

    The layout and furniture arrangement are excellent.

    Desk facing the window (ideal for makeup). Equipped with a heavy-duty makeup mirror. Includes an accessory tray. The desk is tidy, with cups and other items stored underneath. An air purifier ensures no unpleasant odors like carpet smells. The bathroom is meticulously clean, including the shower curtain, and even features thoughtful additions like plastic hangers for the bath area. Great value for money and a comfortable stay overall. While I choose hotels with large communal baths when staying in a twin room with friends, this Hotel is one I would definitely revisit when traveling alone!

    Stayed for 2 nights on my second visit.

    I had a great experience last time, so I decided to stay again without much delay. While I didn’t notice anything during my first stay or the first night this time, on the second night, I was a bit surprised by sounds like sneezing from the neighboring Room and objects dropping from the Room above. Perhaps it was because I was reading a book without turning on the TV that these noises stood out. The Room is reasonably spacious, and especially with its large bathroom, it’s very comfortable. This time, I managed to have breakfast which I missed last time. The variety was decent enough for me, and everything tasted good. Having mixed juice available made me particularly happy! Near the subway exit are stores from three major convenience store chains as well as places like beef bowl restaurants, bento shops, and izakayas—so finding food is never an issue. The location is incredibly convenient for transportation since it’s really close to the station. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Osaka for business trips!

    Spaciousness and Atmosphere

    Although it is slightly off from central areas like Kita and Minami, it was closer to the nearest station than expected, making access convenient, and there was a convenience store nearby. Additionally, compared to an ordinary Business Hotel, the Room and bathroom were more spacious, and the wooden built-in furniture in the interior created a calm and warm atmosphere, leaving a good impression. It is not a new Hotel, but considering these points, my stay turned out to be a pleasant two nights, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Clean and the breakfast is delicious.

    I chose this hotel because it is the closest to Osaka NHK Hall, and it was a great decision. The room was on the 10th floor with a nice view, and I was very satisfied. I stayed for two nights, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which included takoyaki and okonomiyaki. The drinks and shaved ice available on the first floor from 3 PM to 8 PM were also a delightful service.

    Close to Osaka and Tanimachi 4-chome Station.

    I use this hotel every time I go on a business trip to Osaka. The rooms and unit baths are clean, and the breakfast is delicious, so I look forward to each business trip. Since it's close to Osaka Castle, I also recommend it for those who want to jog or take a walk in the morning. I ran two laps around Osaka Castle before work in the morning.
