First Stay in Beppu
I often visit Oita, but this was my first time staying in Beppu, and I stayed at Hotel Aile. As expected from a free-flowing natural hot spring, the Onsen was truly wonderful—so relaxing it almost made me too tired, in a good way. All the staff were friendly, and the Room was full of the Hotel’s charm.

A comfortable Hotel.
The building is old, but it’s clean and has a nice feel. If the weather is clear, a walk along the seaside would be great. You can also use the rooftop open-air bath anytime during your stay. Breakfast was a good portion and very tasty. However, it seems the menu doesn’t change even for a Multiple Night Stay, so keep that in mind. There’s also a Royal Host next door, so you won’t have any trouble. The Room is spacious enough for the price, but the sofa is small, so it’s hard for two people to relax comfortably together. Staying at a luxury Ryokan and enjoying an upscale Hotel experience is nice too, but Beppu has been getting more lively lately—so I think it’s also fun to stay at a great-value Hotel like this one and enjoy nightlife around town. I’d like to drop by again sometime.

A must-stay when visiting Beppu!
This was my third visit to Beppu, but my first time staying here. Room → Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bath → Enjoyed both the open-air bath and the panoramic bath—absolutely amazing. Being able to use them from check-in to check-out is quite rare! Above all, the staff's hospitality was outstanding. There was a handwritten message in the room, and even the facility guide was handwritten with charming illustrations that warmed my heart. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Beppu!

There is warmth.
The Facility itself feels relatively old, but the Room and bed are spacious and clean. Above all, the handwritten messages from staff placed throughout the building and in the Room add a warm and comforting touch.

A Hotel for a Relaxing Stay
I chose this Hotel because I wanted to stay at Beppu Onsen. Since I was traveling alone, I also avoided large Hotels. The two Onsen are small and the Facility shows some age. However, there were many warm messages that made me feel comfort everywhere. The foreign staff members were polite and always smiling. The Japanese staff provided excellent support as well. Breakfast was served on a lovely plate. The relaxation room on the 10th floor with records playing added a special touch. Everyone, please take your time and enjoy your stay at this Hotel. Both my tired mind and body were refreshed during my stay. Thank you so much! I would love to visit again!

GW Accommodation
The hotel is in a great location near the sea and within walking distance from Beppu Station. Some of the facilities felt a bit dated, and it was slightly difficult to adjust the air conditioning and lighting as desired. The staff provided warm and friendly service, with handwritten messages adding a personal touch that made the stay very pleasant. The Western-style breakfast plate was extremely delicious.

I had a comfortable stay.
The building itself is old, but the Room is thoroughly cleaned and spotless. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and made my stay very comfortable.
