    The bathroom is located in

    Since the bathroom is located next to the entrance on the first floor, I didn’t like having to run into other guests during check-in and check-out.

    The large public bath was great.

    I stayed here on a business trip. Having a large public bath is really great! It’s available until 1:00 a.m. Perhaps because I used it quite late at night, I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath all by myself. The Room I stayed in was spacious, and the bed was large as well, so it was very comfortable. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. However, the massage chair felt quite worn out, and it made me hesitate to use it. I was looking forward to it, so that was the only disappointment—but overall, including the staff’s service, I was very satisfied.

    Wi-Fi is available.

    There was some unexpected trash (feathers? and a single staple) in the room, but thankfully I didn’t step on it barefoot. There were some stains in the corners of the bathroom and on the walls of the room, but they weren’t bothersome if you’re just staying to sleep. The Wi-Fi was unstable, which was a bit inconvenient. However, I thoroughly enjoyed having the large public bath all to myself due to good timing, so I gave a high rating for that. The staff’s polite service also made me happy. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Second time

    Last time, I stayed in the Seisai-kan Twin, and this time I stayed in the Seisai-kan Premium Twin. The bathroom in the Premium Twin room was excellent, and the hairdryer and hair iron were of high quality, making my stay very comfortable. Although it is a bit far from Kyoto Station, I like how quiet it is. I would love to stay here again.

    The Room was clean a...

    The Room was clean and spacious, which was great! Having a separate bathroom and toilet was also nice! Being able to store luggage during sightseeing made it easy and enjoyable!

    The bathtub in the guest room is clean.

    The bathtub in the guest room was clean and comfortable. Since the shower in the public bath was difficult to use, the guest room facilities were more convenient. The bed was soft and cozy, with plenty of outlets and a functional table for convenience. The refrigerator cooled very well, which was great! Although my rice balls ended up freezing solid... (laughs)

    It's nice that the bathroom and toilet are separate in the guest room.

    I was grateful for the separate bath and toilet and the spaciousness of the Room since my check-in was late. However, the large public bath I was looking forward to had lukewarm water and a lot of floating debris, possibly because it was past 11 p.m., so I got out quickly. None of the ice machines were working at all, so I couldn't make ice in the Room, and the customers who were lined up before me seemed quite dissatisfied. If these two points are improved, I think repeat customers will increase.

    Japanese-style room and large public bath

    I often use Business Hotels for business trips, but this was my first time staying in a Business Hotel with a Japanese-style Room, and it was very relaxing. The futon was somewhat thin, and my back hurt, but I was able to refresh myself in the Onsen and head to work. It would be more convenient if amenities like toothbrushes were in the Room, as going down to the first floor to get them is a hassle.

    It is very convenient as it is close to Kyoto Station and there is a convenience store nearby.
